Advice for the TU Delft Aerospace Engineering Selection Procedure 

Is it possible that I got only the physics test? Or did I miss something?

Hi man, i may not have been paying much attention but do u have to go to the university to take the test as a foreign student or they send u test through a link?

It also says 5 hours on the website so i'm confused...

@@kesakopodcast5316 Well, I did, but unfortunately, I'll get my language certificate on 18th Jan, and they told me that I cannot enclose it after the 15th soo... I'll try in Munich. Anyway, I used Fundamentals of Physics Extended by Halliday; my friend says that there were a lot of questions with integral calculus.

As far as I know, they do not take them into account at all, as long as you have graduated from a high school with a feasible high school diploma you will be allowed to take part in the matching phase.

Hey, I recently got admitted for aero at tudelft and I highly recommend u go with aa cuz of the higher level in math u will achieve, this will definitely help you in the mini mooc Hope this is useful

I literally asked about it over the summer and this was their answer: "Thank you for your interest in our programme. We do not provide any sample, practice, or past exams to prepare for the selection tests for Aerospace Engineering. For the Academic Test you can verify what prior knowledge and skills we expect you to have in the syllabus available on our website (note that this information pertains to last year and may be subject to change for 2023). During the selection procedure you will be given access to a preparatory test, which will give you some insight into the types of questions you will be asked during the actual test (not necessarily the level of difficulty!). If you wish further preparation for the material relating to the mathematics and physics questions, additionally you can have a look at the TU Delft ‘Pre-University Calculus’ MOOC and the ‘Pre-University Physics’ MOOC. The material from these MOOCs is by no means compulsory study material, but may give you additional background if you wish to. Our webpage will be updated later this year with the adjusted documents for the selection procedure 2022-2023. Hope this helps!"

They don't give an absolute damn, you only get to prove yourself during the selection procedure...

Yea, I was also wondering how it's compared to ENGAA and AMAT

@@Astro-qn4yf AMAT is easier, ENGAA is good practice but dont get used to MCQ

@@hanqiulicai9482 AMAT is easier? I struggled at AMAT much more than ENGAA xd The time given was too short compared to engaa imo. Do you know any other exam that could prepare me and at the appropriate level? Because I finished ENGAA papers however, as u said, they are MCQ and I need to practice calculator usage

@@hanqiulicai9482 Also, how is ENGAAs advanced math section and section 2 advanced physics sections compared to the tu delfts entrance exams? Are they easier? Harder? Equal?

@@Astro-qn4yf ENGAA section 1 is a bit easier than TUD, section 2 is conceptually more challenging tbh. TUD entrance is more about being good at computations tbh
