Crazy how this market is changing. My parents bought thier home in 2000 (4 bedrooms 2.5 bathrooms) for 200,000 Im estimating they will be able to sell for 800,000!
The demand for homes in our area does outweigh our supply but first time home buyers do still make up a good percentage of buyers. This particular home is detached, in a very desirable area of Kitchener. But if you look throughout all of Waterloo Region you will see a bit of a difference in prices. Hey matt, I have a question here, What if someone buys a house on full payment, ie by paying complete cost of the home as they can afford it. Is it advisable ? Example a house which costs 1 million will be costing them only a million or there are any after taxes or any specific more expenses which they need to bear?
