As a local Real Estate agent in Kitchener, I like to think that being a part of the community here in Waterloo Region is a job requirement. I probably take it a little further than most Real Estate Agents you’ll meet which is why I’ve started pumping out videos to highlight everything Waterloo Region has to offer! Hey Eve, glad it helps! Ok so 1 bedrooms (by themselves) are averaging around $1,800 - $1,900 however if you are looking to share accommodation and rent a room you can get much lower.
Just moved to to Baden December 2022 (the first place that i finally purchased a house!) I agree it is great. Also worth mentioning that the KW Boardwalk is a 10-15 min drive, and it has every shop you can think of!
I've lived here practically my whole life just do your research before moving because there are a lot of sketchy areas and with some really nice areas but again you have to pay for the really nice areas
Hey Troy. Sorry for the late message. From everyone I have spoke to they have said this: It comes through a couple times a day, it's noticeable but they got used to it pretty quickly and hardly notice it anymore. That's from people that have lived there anywhere from 2 to 25 years. 👍
“Our” agent didn’t tell us that the seller was also an agent. I only found out when I was skimming through some documents and saw a unique name and that same day when we were shown the property I heard our agent speak that name. I elbow my husband with questioning look “did you know that they know each other?” He was as shocked as I was. How interesting that our agent help that woman-agent buy that condo in 2017. I find I difficult to believe that they never noticed the foundation failure. This wasn’t disclosed. It’s no wonder she the seller kept thanking us for buying the property. Why was she so thankful…. Could it be because we took a major problem from her hands…??? I’m extremely disappointed that they did this to us and my husband dumbass isn’t even on our side. He says “WE ALREADY BOUGHT IT…WHAT DO YOU WANT TO DO…. DO YOU WANT TO SUE THEM???? THAT IS GOING TO TAKE FOREVER….” He says that I’m being problematic….. (Whose side is he on anyway?) PLEASE HELP
I was in KW a couple of times to ride ION. Generally a nice little system - but the door beepers are VERY annoying, beeping constantly while the doors are open. Also, you shouldn't have to get an EasyGO card to use day passes. GRT should offer them on tickets like TTC's Preston tickets.
Hi Matt. Let's say I'm selling my property and I'm purchasing a new property can I pay the land transfer fee from the money that I sold my property. ...?
Thanks for the question. I'm not quite sure what you're asking. 15% down on a $620,000 property would be $93,000. Your mortgage amount would then be $527,000 + CMHC. Your mortgage broker will be able to provide you with the exact numbers including payment amounts with interest. Hope this helps!
Hello! Pls can you help me with an affordable accommodation. I have two toddlers of school age and a baby. I will be resuming at Conestoga Doon’s campus in January 2023
Thank you for this great explanation. I have a question. What are expenses when buying a house? For example down payment, mortgage, utilities, tax anything else?
I like this question so much 😂 I have seen a few American videos that separates household, vehicle, medical and grocery expenses but they do not reflect what we pay as Canadians. I would love a general maintenance (yearly and monthly cleaning and services) because I know for a fact those add up to larger costs. However a lot of these are person for person depending on the available ma and pa shops or big box stores your near anyways 😅
what a pain in the ass buying a house in canada that is so cheaply made. a whole bunch of suckers want to make money on you while you just need a place to live .
Hey thanks for watching Cheff! I LOVE hespeler and there are more schools than I could even mention in this video so you have great options. Usually I only have 3 or 4 to choose from in a small area. Really great spot. Reach out on anything!
