Love the transparency! Thanks. I have a classic La Costa 1st run that was nickel plated about 15-18yr ago. I was young and dumb and didn't want to mess with the original gunmetal finish. Thinking of removing the nickel plating and putting on a black oxide finish.
Sell on Facebook Scotty pages and you will avoid fees. And they sell super quickly. What are the material costs? I have found set up materials are expensive, but once you have everything (bench grinder, wheels, paint, potential chemicals for coatings, brushes, acetone, etc.) but once your set up the materials last a long time
Great vid. In my opinion if you're doing that amount of volume (65k) you should look into a shopify store. Then you can use targeted marketing and remarketing to drive traffic to your store. You could also work with Instagram pages. Lots of avenues. Would be much more profitable and sustainable in the long run. I have a lot of experience in shopify/ads and was actually thinking about doing it myself once Ive learnt how to customise putters. If you want any advice about shopify just drop me a message

Great videos. Question for you... I just bought a Cameron it’s got a pretty large dent I’m assuming being stainless isn’t supposed to chip that the dent has moved around the metal and that needs to be flattened out? Can you use the cold smithing technique to shape this back to original shape?
Almost every customer has said that they don't notice any difference in the feel of the putter. On most model's I feel like there is little to no change, but on putters with shallow milling I feel like it makes them slightly softer in both sound and feel
When I removed the clubface like you did, I noticed there was glue between the iron and the clubface. can you tell me where i should buy that glue. my product is scoty cameron newport 2.5 2018
