I remember when I was in high school a college recruiter came by and was trying to talk up going to their college. He started talking about the NCAA and if you are in sports how you have to maintain a certain GPA and the fees you have to pay to be apart of the NCAA. I didn't go to college so I don't know how much or even if the fee is real, but just be careful. You literally are giving this giant "non-profit" organization the exclusive rights to use your likeness and make money off of your performance. Nobody should tell you that you can't make money off of your own name and image. This is why NCAA got sued for the games and either had to pay the players or stop using their likeness. If you're good enough, probably far better than I ever would be, you could always go overseas for a year and make money before trying to go pro. Plenty of avenues for basketball players and to maximize play/money/education.

User Name there’s 460,000 players and the ncaa has 1 billion dollars. 1 billion minus 460000 is 2173 dollars to each player no not per year just straight up $2173 1. you can’t live off of that 2. the ncaa would have literally 0 dollars and no coaches will be paid.
