How Much Money did the Laundromat Make After 2 Weeks?

This is the first time I have gone this long before collecting quarters! That was a lot! Hopefully we can't get some of these fixed soon too as well! I took over this laundromat in September of 2023 and it has been a blat learning the ins and outs of the business. I also bought a small laundromat in June of 2023 that has been much more challenging but I never would have found this one without buying the other one. I love the business even though these have not been super lucrative yet.

The E FL error code on that 50# machine is likely caused by an obstruction in the drain valve. Take the front off and take the rubber boot off of the drain. You will likely find something caught in the dump valve. that is stopping it from closing. Remove what you find and it should work.

Mark have you ever thought of doing short term rentals with some of the houses you flip? Having laundry mats would also help with the short term rentals since laundry is a big part of short term rentals. My daughter and I always joke about wanting to buy a laundry mat!

Vending machines are doing better at the bigger laundromat over all compare to the smaller one. Guess that next vacation time just have an employee empty out the big machines one time.

question why could someone who fixes regular washing machines fix those. I know nothing about this. they seem like they are built the same.

1. It's hard to find them as well. 2. Many of them have contracts with certain brands and only.do warranty work on those brands. 3. A home washer is much different than these suckers. The big machines are 20k each and weigh 800 to 1k pounds.

New Zealand got rid of anything less than 10cents about 20 years ago. What a blessing, not tonnes of shrapnel in your pockets etc.

Are you sure the coin mech is not jammed in the big washer? Sometimes when the coin box overflows, there are quarters jammed above the coin box that need to be cleared so the quarters can fall through .

How come you don’t weigh your quarters. A Home Depot 5 gallon bucket weighs 1.75 pounds and each quarter Weighs .20 ounces. Or does it make it for better content to show you counting quarters? Also when I count quarters and I’m not weighing them just divide them in half then divide them in half and you get your answer without having to try and divided by four. No matter what I’m still entertain, watching you.
