when you play in leagues like verbandsliga or oberliga, it is just so much tougher, because you are expected to be lean and fit like a pro footballer, yet you have to hold a full time job on the side.
Instead of 20 each, why not do 2/3 weak foot 1/3 strong on shots, and start with the weaker foot while fresh? If one foot is weaker (as with 90% of players), you’d need more volume to bring it up. Especially since as you call yourself the GOAT of right footed curlers..you just need to maintain.
