This video covers my fifth year profit and loss working as a self-employed florist in 2012. This was a pivotal year for me. I transitioned to working full-time and I bought a building for the business.
I made about $165,000 in revenue. While weddings were my primary income, I started to expand into some other sources including single order deliveries. Expenses were still very high and I wasn't charging enough.
Moving into my current space opened a lot of options for income producing services and opportunity to develop a community.
If you don’t know me - my name is Ellen and my dream is to build a community of flower nerds who have an endless appetite for learning and experiencing all things flowers!
