Diamond Select Hulk fits in prettty good with Legends too. Technically he's 7 inch scale though.

It has taken me almost 28 years to get 74 different Avengers on Earth 616! I don't even want to think about restarting! 😀🤓😁😆😃🤠

Personally.. I loved the Modular Iron Man, I think it looks classic and modern at the same time 👌

It's been a year, and while I have only increased from 74 Avengers to 75 Avengers, I have been able to replace a couple of Customs and a couple of Fudges. So my Collection is even more accurate!

For Thor, there is also the Heroic Age Thor (aka Olivier Coipel Thor). The problem is that he is as big as modern age Thor.

I upgraded my black widow, with the new shriek body, she pinless and double jointed.

Excellent video, David. You are spot on about the prices. I noticed a slight difference with retro and family matters Scarlet Witch. If you take a closer look retro Scarlet's head sculpt. She has a lighter shade on her face and with her hair sculpt you can see her eyes.

Give me a cohesive Avengers lineup. Versions of these characters that look like they belong to each other on the shelf either because of quality or the era. Also, I've decided consider this an official decree no character gets a retro before they get a quality mainline version.

A great substitute for vision, would be the one from the hulkbuster baf. It has the same color palette, and it’s cheaper than the retro wave.

There’s also a more modern vision from a 3 pack with Kate Bishop, Sam Wilson Cap, and Vision

Anybody watching and looking for certain figs might want to check BBTS for some options that Dave suggested are either unavailable or more expensive - classic Hawkeye is available, Quicksilver (modern), Scarlett Witch and Vision alternates (Wanda Vision).

I've got the new cap, and even though the shield seems like a pain, I assure you you forget the holes are there pretty quickly

Luckily my avengers display consists of the main 3 80th anniversary iron man, cap and Thor but some of the rarest ones are the vision and the hulk and comic quicksilver

I was born in 1980 so I'm a bigger fan of the old style look of the Avengers than I am of the movie ones. I only have Hulk and Captain America. I brought the Hulk 2pack with Wolverine and I must say for me personally he's the best Hulk figure out there. The new one looks good but a bit ugly lol. If you havent brought the latest Captain America with the holes in the shield then you must purchase it. He's fantastic! I'm not a Cap fan but this figure is something else and I like mixing him on my shelf with the Gi Joe's Classified line. Great video mate. 👍👏

the KO 80th anniversary hulk is also pretty good if you're on the budget. granted, it's a KO but for a price range of $16-18 is pretty solid

I have most of these, the big hole in my Avengers display is Black Widow and Vision. I have the Toy Biz guys standing in for both ATM. I did get the deluxe Widow but it was just irritating me too much that she was so 90s inspired when I'd deliberately built a 70s/80s inspired display that in the end I reluctantly got rid of her. My tip for Hulk is to keep and eye out for the Ed McGuinness inspired one that here in the UK was at one point in a Disney Store exclusive 5-pack. A lot of kids got that five pack and their parents end up selling the Hulk on Facebook Marketplace for a few pounds. That's where I got mine. He's got the more modern hair but otherwise he can pass for a classic Hulk. He's nowhere near the best Legends Hulk ever but if you're working to a tight budget he can be super-cheap to get even if he's just a placeholder in your display.

Those retro carded figures lol.. I was able to get waves 1 and 2 for around $100. Waited til they went on clearance. To this day, they're still on-card. Then I found the exact same ones loose on eBay. Pretty darn cheap then... lol

I love my war machine, and will probably pick up a deluxe black widow. Really upset that I missed the Hawkeye and hope they rerelease him.

I customed my hulk, kitbashed my Ironman, gave my 20 th anniversary Toybiz Captain America the MCU shield, and I planned to make a custom Mjolnir spinning effect, I got the Marvel Universe Wasp cause shes tiny but poseable, I planned to find a Giant Man, I have the Mafex Spider-Man, struggling to find a Captain Marvel

Why do you think Hasbro only has the 80th Anniversary Thor and Iron Man out, but not Captain America? The reason why I say this is because everywhere I've checked there is no 80th Anniversary Cap. I mean you can check 3rd and 4th hand dealers, but they are charging an arm and a leg to get it. When I tried to get it when it came out they SOLD OUT! I'd like to get it for nostalgia reasons. I have 2 80th Anniversary Iron Man and 1 Thor, but I want another one to display. Really hoping to find those 80th Anniversary Captain America's somewhere🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏.
