Please bro with the university application, do they request for IELTS ? I'm a teacher with masters and would like to persuade another masters in child psychology or early childhood, do you think is possible in Germany? What is your advice

Yes, it is very possible in Germany. And to your first question, some programs request for IELTS while others do not. I wish you all the best in your application.
