They are toxic people. It took me 50yrs to realise what I was married too. I'm now living and enjoying my life without him. It's great to hear people finding out earlier what's been happening to them. It's only been since covid that people are getting help. Thanks for sharing. 🙏🙏

This explains a lot. My ex ALWAYS took his ex wife back because she would chase him the entire time he was with someone else, including me. She is the one who elevates his ego, being chased makes you feel wanted. I even saw a boob picture in his phone of his ex wife. Glad I am out of their drama, the 9 months we were together she texted, called and even video chatted every night and he allowed it. Never once did he defend our relationship to her. In fact in hindsight he downplayed it around her.

My ex made it his life’s mission trying to break me down getting me to chase him. I never did, so he would come back trying to start the process again. I would stupidly let him back in, but chase him? Never!!! He gradually became resentful and he did things behind my back trying to destroy me. I wasn’t about to give my heart to somebody so toxic. I was stupid, but not that stupid and he hated me for not conforming like his other women. I see who he truly is now. I will never allow him back into my life again.

What a great talk. The other day my narc was trying to get information from me but I kept saying I don't want to talk about it. I was ignoring him then he said I don't know why your not talking to me I have done nothing wrong. I could see he was playing the victim. I heard bits and pieces of what he was saying and he is still blaming everyone else for things that happened which was him who caused it. He never apologised or shows empathy. He got nasty when talking but I didn't get involved, usually I would have said things back. I knew he would turn things around and blame me. I so grateful for the education you gave me. I have been through it for decades but now I'm healing. ❤❤🙏🙏

This gave me so much clarity evaluated exactly how I felt. I always felt like he kept coming back and popping up just so I could chase them. And I never, ever chased him. Point blank period and that's why he continuously tried to punish me over the past couple months. For not chasing him. I always felt that I just was like it's like he'll punish me. He'll call himself punishing me. Stay away longer and longer. So I just flipped the switch light. Well, I'm a continued not to chase them and hope that he continued to punish me.😂😂😂😂

He manipulated the reverse hoover and I did knowingly reply to inform him that I'd gotten a divorce and already filed taxes as single--but I seized the opportunity to issue the final discard after he asked me to remain friends & call him from time to time. Mine has recently starting emailing me asking to be friends. This is 8 months after we broke up. He's emailed me 2-3 times a week in the last few months. Ended up threatening a restraining order if he kept it up. Haven't heard from him since. Can't believe I stayed with him as long as I did. Never been treated so badly by another human in my life. He's classic narcissist everything these videos say he did
