All milk is going to have a little bit of estrogen. It comes from a cow. That said, the powdering process probably denatures the hormone.

The process is impossible to film, it's inside a machine under heat and pressure. If it was possible to film inside there would be footage of it don't you think...

bro its made by drying the milk by adding drying agents and heating it through the spray drying . where they remove all the moisture through heating and the water gets evaporized and only the powder portion will be left.

I'm sure plenty of people already do but the cows are costly to care for too. They have to eat grass and they won't live if there's no grass, or grain to eat or water to drink.

shelf life ! because you cant export fresh milk to far cities and countries.

@@siranaf.5423 They managed to make long-life pasteurized liquid milk. I think it's about portability,; it's easier to carry around. It's also widely used by confectioneries. But I never and would never use it at home. As I said, it doesn't make sense.

In areas where it's hot, esp in my country, it's more about the shelf life. Pasteurized milk here doesn't last long because of heat (even other foods spoil so fast especially during summer). You have to keep pasteurized milk refrigerated to keep it for a few days. Thos there is UHT milk that has a longer shelf life, powdered milk still has a longer shelf life than liquid milk. Powdered milk is also easier to store for poor families that can't afford refrigerators to keep their milk fresh. Just like in my case. We didn't have a refrigerator until last year, so I was used to drinking powdered milk. Liquid milk is usually sold in 1L packs so if I buy liquid milk and didn't finish it in a day it'll spoil. There are smaller cartons of liquid milk but if you're poor and you try to compute the costs, buying smaller cartons of milk for single use would be expensive. I think overall, powdered milk is catered to the poorer who can't regularly afford milk and don't have the proper storage for milk. Now that we have a fridge, I buy the UHT 1 liter cartons of milk because I can store them without finishing the whole liter because I prefer the taste. Tho liquid milk is much thinner compared to powdered milk imo.

Driving Around easier to export :p and easy to use it anytime at home regarding the long life . But yeah u r right, definitely we prefer to use fresh milk .
