I love your nonchalant delivery. What a welcome change from all martial arts RU-vid. I wanted to know what is sparring for you. I get the drills but I'm curious how that looks sparring. Is it similar to the drills but more speed and if so are you able to apply the same principles as the drills or under duress does it go out the window. Any chance you will be making a sparring video. I will see what I can come up with. I am often conflicted with sparring. When I was younger I used to do a great deal of contact karate sparring but it always felt limited because of the rules. Now I often mix up how I spar to add more variables into it.
