I actually just started using it a month ago, but i also what to do my own research to understand the "HOW" behind things.
I have obviously ovulation pains sometimes... just saying :) So how exactly do you prevent a happy accident during the follicular phase? Because like can't the sperm survive for a while still and then I'll ovulate accidently? Just asking because my periods can be quite irregular sometimes :)
Yes - sperm will survive as long as there is fertile cervical fluid keeping it alive. When avoiding conception I use other methods during times I have cervical fluid before & during ovulation :) I detailed some methods in this video and I think I did say which one I use :).
Aah I hear you that this video seemed a bit out of the blue. I have been concerned that I haven't found a way to clearly share the vision I have for the channel (aside from the channel description) and explain my decision to include various content on one channel. I am an employment relations practitioner as my profession. But I am also for example a business owner, and I fulfil other roles/things. Hormonal health & general wellbeing has made up a massive part of my journey these last few years and plays a big part in what I am able to do. The same passion, intention and intensity that I put into my employment relations work, goes into the other areas of my life - and I wish to share that. Therefore I chose for this channel to be Carmen Fourie and not just Carmen Fourie - the Employment Relations Practitioner. It is also incredibly time and resource consuming to have a channel and make regular videos and I don't think it would be sustainable for me to attempt to grow multiple channels. I understand that you/other people may not want to see the other types of content. I sincerely hope that you will continue to support the content of mine you wish to see and that browsing past that which you don't want to see isn't too much of an inconvenience / deterrent. Lastly, I would like to thank you for sharing a bit about how you experienced seeing this video and through that allowing me the opportunity to provide clarity.
