If you can combine your idea with high ecological and ethic standards, then it is a good idea, the food the Netherlands export is not known for good quality, it feeds people by poisoning them at the same time with everything which is not natural. As you have 4 children and and want to keep a good conscience then go for good and healthy and not only for mass production and highest profit. You are pedalling over performance. Learning to be happy and secure with less is better for the world than greedily trying to out perform people around you. You are seeking discomfort, a common psychotic problem. Regarding agriculture, lay off the greens and grains. Grapes, oranges, olives and tomatoes are great. Work on making efficient meat and dairy, chicken & eggs and of course fishing. 1000 islands? That's a lot of coast line.

@@angrytedtalks I think that you weren't paying attention. He wasn't talking about ethics, but about going out from comfort zone in order to achieve bigger goals. Society can make progress only with people that have vision, courage, knowledge and will. What you see as an example of exploitation others see it as a great job opportunity, or even as an opportunity to learn new things and get paid for it. No one is forcing you to work for another people. Be an entrepreneur yourself. At the end, it's up to you to figure out what makes you happy.
