Start taking all of their pens. It's subtle and it's evil. If you want to be really bad, start replacing them with look alike items like oral or rectal thermometers (just to freak them out).

I’m not a nurse and I don’t do stop motion (well, I dabbled a little at some point), but I really enjoy these videos. My niece is an ICU Trauma nurse and I said something to her about this channel and she said she already watches. 👍🏻

Oh my god, for real. My personal favorite was when the pandemic started and people started using bleach to clean the screens on the nice, newer vitals carts. Eventually, it ate away the screens and we only had one or two that worked that people would steal and hide away for rounds.
