Regardless of your locs maintenance technique, you should see your loctician every 4- 6 weeks.
For a palm rolling maintenance and a good loc wash. Spoil yourself.
Even if you are interlocking or crocheting, get your loctician to evaluate your hair monthly so you don't come up with, "My locs are breaking, and I don't know why."
If you stick to a consistent loc maintenance routine, you will have no problems.
You do it with your car, your nails, your waxing routine if you do that, your dental care, etc.
Add your locs maintenance routine into your routines. You wouldn't skip a car oil change, would you?
