This is so sad. A politician can compulsively lie on a daily basis for a living, but a drunken athlete gets one detail wrong when recollecting a stressful event and the entire media decides to make an example out of him.

This paired with how outraged everyone was when Phelps got caught hitting a bong at a party makes feel so bad for these athletes. The pressure they're under to be inhumanly perfect in immense.
