😂 This is the reason so many people rather hire only men than deal with entitled females. I’ve seen it first hand how dangerous it can be to hire an entitled female who has victimized every part of her identity. 🤷♂️🙅♂️
She's enjoying the clout right now and will live to regret it! No airline is ever gonna hire her after this. Social media is making people delusional, and it's sad. 💜
@@SundaySpeaks this! Companies aren't going to want to work with her because they're going to see her as a walking potential lawsuit. She's blacklisted herself.
Wow before tik tok imagine applying for this job, forgetting your passport, and just being like damn I can’t believe I forgot my passport, and then moving on with your life. Hard to picture
She tagged them? And they saw it?? Gasp, shock, clutching pearls. Girl this is embarrassinggggg why do people keep doing these things just delete the app omfg it’s rotting peoples brains
This was actually horrifying to watch like people are so consumed by social media. You’re in a room talking to yourself having a whole episode instead of just acknowledging you were hurt by your own poor decision making. “They’re discriminating against me! They’re retaliating! I like other airlines better! I’m too pretty for it anyway!” Like girl please. There needs to be a limit on how much someone can post in a day this is scary :/
She’s literally dragging the heck out of a simple situation. Were the billion videos worth it? It’s quite obvious she desires to be a flight attendant, but she’s ruining/already ruined those chances.
Well … look at who is on RU-vid and has made a fortune but is a horrible human…like Mr.Beast, Shane Dawson, Jeffrey Star, etc. etc. etc. They are set for life and have very questionable behaviors.
Online vents/rants needs to be ban ASAP! If you fail in fullfill/submit documents, that's on you. Sorry. I work as a paralegal, 19 years and counting, we have deadlines all the time, most of them are about submit documents so when can screw it badly if we do not put attention/the client does not provide the documents. It can be messy way too fast. Let's bring back Full Responsability as a trend.
You not the only Paralegal having to prioritize responsibility. I know if I didn’t save or submit a document that the attorneys told me to do. I’m in trouble big time 💯😭 The law field is no joke.
What happened to putting a private rant onto a small close friends circle, and even then there was a risk your employers would find it but it wasn’t blasted to millions on tiktok 😭
100%. These people who think they can find some consolation by publicly blasting what should be a PRIVATE matter need to seriously reflect on why they do this. What's more important: eligibility to work in Corporate America or TikTok clout?
"One less pretty flight attendant" That stuck with me for some reason. Its like she wanted the job for the wrong reason. Maybe im trippin. Does she think its a runway where people are just going to stare at her on the plane?
same! - and that statement was giving one thing: massive ego/entitlement combined with zero concept of how corporate america actually works. they don't care you're "pretty", they care that you're gonna show up and do your damn job.
A lot of airlines aim to only hire 'pretty' women. It was only a few decades ago that it was actually a requirement. In places like Korea, an air attendant is literally expected to be pretty. But this girl is milking this crap to rage bait views and comments.
Venting on the internet like this never works. Does she not think the other airlines will get wind of this?!? Once you post it, can’t take it back. Girl say less
thank youuuu. can people please stop using diagnostic terms without knowing what they mean, or in this case, even being able to pronounce them correctly?!
Exactly it was very cringe. Like all it takes is a quick google search to make sure you know what you’re talking about before you get on the internet being loud and wrong 😑
It is probably the tagging them while inappropriately girating, cursing, eating all tacky. So her uncle or her grandpa? I believe she's trolling or off her meds😮
“Retaliation”? Companies retaliate against employees and she couldn’t even get to that level…actions have consequences, that wasn’t retaliation, it was the result of her public freak out 😭
She just does't get it... like girl... If this is how you handled this situation I can not imagine how you would handle stressful situations working with any airline!
A Basic admin skill would be to take the important info from the email and make a checklist that you check 2/3 times lol💀 she didn’t really want that job
Speaking of Delta. I prefer Delta/Air France because I travel often to France ( Europe). I don't think Delta would want her ( not because they don't need the prospective staff) it's because of the clientele!!! I have seen so many people get straight disrespected by Business Class/ First Class passengers who will go off for anything!!! She does not have the patience for that
She really tried to use “oh it’s cause I’m a black woman card” , when clearly she wasn’t ready for this position. The airline industry has dodged a bullet.
I'm two seconds in but this is already crazy. I recently went in for a driving test. I opened my wallet and my permit was gone. I apologized for wasting their time and promptly left. Was I horribly embarrassed? Yes. Did I cry outside the building. Hell yes. I understand having strong emotions when you mess up, but it's just that. You messed up. It happens, rectify and move on.
As an airline , I would worry if we hired her and she had a difficult passenger she would be calling them out by name on social media. She’s a read flag for liability issues …
So she knew she needed it, or else she wouldn’t have called her roommate to tell them she forgot it. She’s not just making it harder to work as a flight attendant, but to find a job anywhere
Personally I think TikTok is toxic for this for reason. Posting because you’re angry about a mistake you made at an interview for a huge company? Come on people.
I just said that Frontier hires ppl like her. I can’t even say Spirit is a good fit bc my cousin works there and it’s pretty competitive. He had 5 years with another airline FIRST.
She is crashing out over HER mistake. Don't think for one second that the other airlines will hire her. Take your losses in private and move on people. Another classic example of social media madness.
Thank goodness she forgot her passport, and she's willingly ruining her chances of ever being rehired. She's so arrogant and stubborn she would've been a negative hire. It's baffling she did all this.
Ngl if I were an employer, seeing this video of her would make me not want to hire her. She absolutely would try and gaslight or talk her way out of any kind of criticism or reprimanding.
I'm so over her lol she doesn't take accountability. it's a good thing she didn't get in. I'd hate to work with someone like her in the air. I wouldn't trust her in the midst of a medical emergency or evacuation.
the way she presents herself is giving unpressional and it's not surprising that she decides to blame ppl for her own mistakes instead of taking *full* accountability because what I just witnessed was a half-assed explanation from someone who could of literally just looked up the requirements for that specific position she wanted to apply for, please do your research before you send in a resume to a company because if you fuck up on the interview they will just assume you wouldn't be able to understand how to do simple tasks if you were actually hired making you a liability and causing the corperation to lose money and credibility as a whole.
They will not hire her. When you apply for a job the company will let you let you know what you need, and now that she has broadcasted on the internet, she messed up.
If she made her post for educational purposes then she would have posted (without tagging the airline) that anyone attending an interview to be a flight attenant should make sure that they carry their passport as they will not be able to proceed with the next stage of the interview. Instead she blames and tries to shame the airline for her own mistake!!
Ummmmmm. So she is a strange one! Most ( if not all airlines) have to have your passport on file when they interview. I know this because my friend wanted to work at Delta
I saw a tweet a few days ago that said society will continue to crumble bc people cannot take being corrected. This girl was corrected, recognizes it was a mistake and decided to double down with her online behavior. She would be terrible to work with bc she is fully aware of her behavior and does not care. She is loud and wrong and proud of it. I cannot 😂😂 ppl are truly their own worse enemies
Listen, I understand forgetting your passport. That’s normal. But you’d think for an AIR HOSTESS job interview, you’d need it REGARDLESS. Like I don’t know if I don’t get it but?? Also, hi from AZ! I moved from South africa a month ago 😚😚 yay joburg!
Yeah, I understand forgetting it. Going on TikTok, tagging, and bashing the company is wild 😂😂 especially since she’s the one at fault. Awww How are you liking it in AZ?
@@BusiswaG I’m getting around it! Im only in high school and moving was so hard but finding your channel really comforts me, like you don’t get it! Ty for your commentary videos! I’m so home sick😓 but your videos are amazing!! Make me feel better xx
I was a flight attendant for 10 years. Was awesome not stressful at all. As long as you are good at managing time/self management. Industry standards are a thing and blacklists do exist. Slim chance now for her I’d say.
Shes soooo unhinged for HER OWN MISTAKE! Learn accountability baby! We get it! Bring ya passport! But in all honesty how could you forget it, you will be on a plane traveling! That should of been the first thing she put in her purse! Be more responsible, PERIOD!
Not only is she ruining her chances in the airline industry, she's ruining her chances to get ANY professional level job. What happens when other potential employers see her unhinged videos? They're not going to want her either!
“If they blacklist me at least I let the future applicants know not to forget their passport” girlllll who pays your bills? Worry about yourself and your PUBLIC image. If you want to be seen as a professional…. This is all wrong.
She forgot her digital footprint gets tracked by every single hiring upper tax bracket job, right? And yes, they do have a protocol, it's called adulting and not using your lack of braincells as clout.
Sometimes, part of the test is reading the email and noting all the details. The airline industry is one where noticing small details matters! So, that email and all the points they noted was part of the test, the part you failed .
She seems to think the work of a flight attendant is the work of a model. Talking about "a less pretty flight attendant" and saying that being Black woman is her personal brand...what is she talking about? Flight attendants are people who are part of the crew of a flight and must be ready for any situation on flight. A lot of people think they are there just to serve you drinks and look cute...girl...
Sooooo you mean to tell me.... if you where not going to an interview but just taking a flight, do you think they would just let you on with out your passport? They would just take a photo? I think not... Adults like this is why life sucks! Common sense really ain't common! THE JOB LITERALLY IS FLYING ANYHERE! LIKE YOUR'RE LITERALLY GOING TO NEED A PASSPORT LOL
People like this need to understand that the internet is a PUBLIC place, you don’t tell your business in public if you’re not ready for the consequences 🤦🏾♀️
„Maybe someone in the future will not make the same mistake“, girl they won’t and neither would you have if you read the email! This attitude when you’re so, so clearly in the wrong is baffling.
Totally irrelevant, but I’m surprised you haven’t touched on the veneer tech that’s being sued by the Dental Association. She’s airing out the guy she was taught by and is gonna talk to the news about her situation. But also this chick is definitely crashing out and think she’s the main character. Smh.
She's right. She has the right to be upset at her own error...and they have a right not to want this type of shit in their company. And many other companies have - and will exercise - that right. I just dont understand why people get on Tik Tok discussing this type of shit AT ALL. Girl, if EYE can see it, your current or potential companies can see it. Does that not CLICK? Or does that not matter "cuz God got you"? Am I just too old and "old school" to understand the logic??
When I received an invitation to an interview, the email had a lot of instructions like "do this test by this date", details of the zoom meeting, my interviewers and a note to bring my passport. I was able to do all these things AND check out my interviewers online (I can see what we have in common and use that to build rapport). This woman is not prepared for working life if she can't be bothered to thoroughly read her email.
MANIC not MANIAC episode. That particular clip bothered me because she was saying the right thing, but the wrong word. But chick was definitely manic if she had 40 videos
She’s like the ex that says they don’t care about breaking up but still texts you randomly about stupid stuff…she obviously cares she didn’t get that job! Girl just move on ! You made a mistake, get over it. She looks pathetic.
Yeah she has absolutely no accountability. She made a simple mistake, and yeah it sucks, but not a big to just me, I made a mistake and it cost me a job at this time. Instead she’s blaming it on United and all of her life stuff. Also omg stop driving and tiktoking!! If she’s unsafe in that kind of circumstance I worry she won’t worry about other unsafe things. Also, she 100% was going to apply again in a year. It gives “I’m never going to shop here again and then comes back in the next week” vibes.
I've also messed up when trying to renew a card by forgetting my passport. I didn't think to bring it because they already had it on file. Well I had to go back the next day after waiting a long time, but I didn't blame the office as it was my mistake. Now I've learned my lesson that I always need my passport when I go to that office.
Your personal brand seems to be a 'Karen' whose tantrums they do not wish to entertain since they are a business looking for actual levelheaded, rational adults - traits that are MOST important for the position you are actually seeking - and that you have demonstrated you don't have.
Companies make moronic decisions all the time. How she handled the situation is a huge reason for any company to see her as a red flag. Sometimes it is a good thing to report businesses on social media. Not this time. If I saw this and I was hiring she would've been blacklisted.
