Politicians won't allow that. They want control. They will create fear, hatred and other means necessary to make the two nations divided. The unification of both countries will upset China and US. Bharatstan (India + Pakistan) will attract Bangladesh to join them as well as Nepal. Then, as usual, the Western power won't like that.

A Tour or a visit has mostly been peaceful but the problem is co-existence.
