During our school days we used to celebrate paper leaks, delays etc etc because we never understood the bigger picture. Now that we are giving so many competitive exams,it pains to keep studying with the hopes of the exam happening one day and then get postponed

Welcome to Bihar, I crossed 6 districts and changed 2 trains to give 68th BPSC Exam, while returning I was standing in the luggage cabin of the train among 150 other students. Before I could reach my home I was informed that the exam got cancelled because of a paper leak. It is one of the most common scams in Bihar.
India has so many issues. I wonder if our generation will see our Country overcoming all of them. Even 60% of these problems if resolved.... We could prosper and make this country a better place Thanks Mohak for highlighting such issues with Indian System and Society
We won't. Not possible logically. And many of them are going to substantially increase as well because now there are more people here than any other country. A good standard of living can only be obtained if one moves to another place abroad.
@@petfauna1445 Yeah and that country has one party system, Mandarin imposed everywhere. No jaati and varna system, no reservation, no terrorist threats, no 1000 languages, no hundreds of ethnic groups, no that many religious problems. China and India are fundamentally different bruh. If China came to the level of superpower in 40 years the same will take India at least 100 years at minimum and that too if everything went fine.

All the exams in India should be computer based now (like CAT and other exams) in my opinion. This will not only reduce the chances of papers getting leaked but will also be beneficial for software companies such as TCS and Infosys.

Hi Mohak, love your videos always. This one hit quite close to home as the 2018 10th board paper leak was the one I gave and I remember the fear of having to give another exam if the one I gave was cancelled. Also that feeling of being equally wronged knowing that I worked hard and someone else who got the paper beforehand would score better than me. It was being torn between the two ideas. Btw if you're reading this, would you consider making a video on growing popularity of dark romance fiction? It's just something that's been bothering me for a while and it's scary af to see women glorifying and appreciating the male lead abusing the female one and consider it "romantic" or "hot". Making Non-con stuff more popular, normalised and romanticized, it feels like a terrible thing for society in general. One book that you could check out to see what I'm talking about is "Haunting Adeline". When I heard it's story from a friend, I was disgusted and terrified as to how many people actually are liking and promoting it, especially women. Anyways, just hoping you see this comment and consider this topic, other than that, keep doing the good work. Feels great that someone is pointing out the toxic traits and shortcomings of our society and giving an idea about how to fix it.
I feel like changing education system so that it makes paper leaks worthless by reducing the importance of marks is a way better alternative to cracking down on paper leak scam. It is like drugs, it wont stop no matter how hard you try. Instead, making the education system better will lead to happier students who can enjoy their lives as well as study what they like and will basically destroy paper leak mafia
See the problems are not with standardised tests. Don't make them the enemy unnecessarily. I am sure even I can point out mistakes with the alternative method that you will suggest.
It's the mindset that people need to change. If they stop caring about the marks, then these coaching centers and scams get destroyed automatically. When the government and private sector stop giving jobs based on degrees and if they start giving based on talent, then people mindset will change.
I recently wrote board exam for class 10th in Bangalore. Teachers literally left students to copy instead of stopping them. As we were writing exams, teachers were busy drinking tea and having they're breakfast. When there was a policemen to check whether everything is going right, the actions of teachers were different at that time.
I wrote boards for 12th in maharashtra and it is the same here kids are copying "khule mein" teachers can see it but they don't care . Not only that I heard some of my friends say that at their centers teachers were even telling answers
People have been doing this from ages. Marks mean nothing. Man enjoy your life. Dont waste your time preparing for competitive exams. Start studying for 12 , score above 75 percent thats it. Also important thing is Competitive exams are just multiple choice answers so dont be scared. Lakhs of students appear. And if you just blindly circle the dots, you have 1out of 500 chance to crack 1 or multiple entrance exams. Fear not and go to fun stuff.
The chemistry paper of 12th puc students got leaked this year in some part of Karnataka and hence they changed the paper last minute, which turned out really tough this year. But on the other hand the invigilators of few other rooms were very lenient towards the students so much that they openly copied using chits and stuff. The room even discussed the answers before solving them. And mind you I am from a college that is a popular coaching centre as well.
@@purplediaries8201 smart , hardworking students should stop giving exams in my opinion. Let stupid people go to colleges. A real student can learn from any where. Let the govt fill there posts with stupid people. What happens when incompetent people do the jobs, they destroy it. The whole system will collapse. Only of students understood this. Not to mention reservations. Stop cooperating. Whats there to lose. Peopls are comiting tuicides . They are dumb. Just stop giving exams.

I am currently studying in NSUT Delhi in one of the topmost branch. I know many students who got less than 60-70 percentile in first 3 attempts(JEE 2021 had 4 attempts) and suddenly their percentile got shot up to more than 99+ percentile in 4th attempt. Their acedemic record is also very poor and almost all those who "Miraculously" got 99+ percentile in last attempt have more than 2 subject backs. Surprisingly all these students had centres in Sonepat and its nearby areas. These scammers have not only infiltrated into my college but they are almost in every good colleges like top Nits (can't say about Jee advanced). It really feels so bad that how our system is so corrupt that an honest person has no chance to succeed in life.😔

Same bro. My science exam didn't go well, it was very tough for me. And I haven't studied properly during those days. Now waiting for my result. I just hope I don't get less marks then my expectation 🥲
2 days ago i gave mht cet ,i studied soo hard for months but when i reached the exam hall i literally saw teachers helping the students. i was so f***ing angry. cheating and paper leaks are really big issues.
During my class 12 board exams there were students who were copying like crazy. Even the invigilators were helping us copy. I never copied as I will feel ashamed if I ever copy. It feels bad knowing that you studied hard and seeing people blatantly copy the entire exam. After the results come the people who copied come first and are praised. Funny thing is that they feel a sense of achievement when they are praised. The System is broken.
When i was giving my CBSE high school exams in 2018, i had got maths question paper 1 day earlier. It was right in my hands but i thought it's fake. And then next day i was shocked. Many of my friends who took that seriously got 95+ marks 😢😂 Edit: and the best part is that the guy who gave us question paper had said that you only have to give money if it comes tomorrow. I took it lightly but next day i had to pay him even when i didn't read that as per the agreement. 😢😢
I had my NTSE exam in class 10th, i rigorously prepared for it for 2 years and had my exam at a govt school in haryana. While i was giving my paper 1, a teacher asked a studebt to come along with him and later that student came to hall in the last fcking 10 mins and still was happy. It literally broke my heart. I was thinking about him throughout my break and thinking will he be called again in paper 2. And as expected he was called in paper 2 also. You may say maybe they changed his room or whatsoever. For that i want to say that we got a printed answer sheet at the exit of that school (written like:- Que 1 Ans a. Que2 Ans c.) Like this Have completed my senior school now, and learned a lot throughout these years and the best quote is :- you cannot change others, but you can definately change yourself. I gave my 12th class exam from MPBSE (Madhya Pradesh board) this year. Yes, papers were leaked and teachers told us to do anything but making noise. Upper officals were involved such as SDM, who only cared about their area's result. Externals came, did a red carpet walk and went away. Local Schools bought lunch for the room in-charge in the exchange of allowing them to provide 30 marks worth of answers to the students. Talking about Vyapam Scam, I belong to the area of Madhya Pradesh where the CM visit once every 2 months on an average and he grew up here as well. The CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan had his minions involved in the death of those people. Otherwise his position would have been in question in 2015.

Paper leak not only hurts students, this or its outcome also hurts the general people, for instance Rajasthan govt always shut the internet service during exam days and it seriously affect many delivery guys or small business.
After graduation I thought of attempting Government jobs exams and after few exams I understood It's really tough to get a job in this corrupted environment and now I'm growing a startup with my brother and it's going so well.
Last year 68th BPSC paper of May was leaked and the exam was cancelled and conducted again in September. High level civil services exam papers are leaked no wonder what would be the condition of low level exams.
May 7th 23, as I was taking the NEET Exam there was one student who looked from a very affluent family was literally asking and getting answers from his front dest person. Although question paper sets are different still questions were same, so he successfully cheated very well. There were two invigilators and a camera too, they ignored even looking at him. They behaved as if everything was normal. 😐😐 One guy asked him what are you doing, then that cheater said come out I'll break your head. 🤷♂️🤷♂️
it took me 4 years to get a “sarkari job”, there is no transparency in the exam conducting process, I remember a moment when I was having my document verification and one of the candidates couldn't even fill a basic form, and he was AIR-10, I helped him and I could say that he achieved that by some unlawful method. I felt disheartened, and heart-broken coz of people like him I lost my valuable 4 years
We can take inspiration from IELTS, TOEFL AND GRE on how they conduct exams all over the world. Almost less percentage of cheating and even exams may have some technical problem but it gets solved in a week with some remuneration or some solution.
I kind of get what you are saying, but IELTS was not foolproof too, you might of heard of the group of Indians with high IELTS scores caught in US while trying to illegally enter from Canada struggle to speak English in court and it was only after that an investigation revealed there was this IELTS scam going around in Gujarat and some people got arrested. It is only after events like these abroad scams are discovered (and kind of makes me think how much are not found out yet) else no one bats an eye here in India (or more atleast not widely known that scams for IELTS take place).
What we should do is try making subjective papers where the answers aren't as clear-cut. Sure, it would mean that examiners would need to spend more time correcting the paper, but it would probably lead to the end of paper leaks completely cancelling our examinations - and actually assess the student on their knowledge of the subjective rather than their memory.
True people have marks but no knowledge. I have only got 68 percentage but it doesn't matter. You need skills for a job not marks. They want to see if you know your technical subject matter and your spoken English. All these marks are really useless. People please don't run at government jobs Many MNCs hire at 60 percentage only. Don't waste your youth get to work and develop your career. There are many ways to earn money.

I could say that I had only wasted 1.5 yrs in preparing Govt. Exam after which I realized that it isn't worth it. And I also feel that students don't connect with what's been asked in the exam and after selection none of those would be useful. The disconnection between what they studied and what they will apply in the real world is totally unrelated.

Also slow process of recruitment is becoming dangerous for youth, means a single job vacancy takes almost 2yrs (in some cases even 5yrs like railways) to finish the whole process from application to joining letter. This destroys the early 20s to 30s of a student as he can't be sure whether he can clear this exam or he should look for other skills and options. Faster the recruitment process will be done, early a candidate will do better to himself rather burning his golden young days in mere a government job preparation. 🙏🙏
