They basically stole his beat, released it without his consent, made money from it, had the audacity to offer him a PORTION of his OWN money from his OWN BEAT, & released his beat anyways despite him clearly saying NO. The industry is dirty 😂😂
Imo Pierre was right on most of these. He takes his art seriously and stands on his principles. At the end of the day he’s an ARTIST and a grown man and he’s free to do whatever he wants with his art. He’s not forced to suck up or work with anyone else because they have industry clout. I hate how music has been gentrified to the point where RU-vid channels like this make it seem like an artist is failing if they don’t do billboard numbers or suck up to other rappers. Why should he be forced to slap an unfinished drake verse on a song he put hard work into just because it’s drake? A lot of you guys need to get off your knees lol
You’re the only one on your knees writing a paragraph about a WASHED artist who had one good album and never lived up to even half of the hype .Keep coping thinking it’s 2018 and this shit is gonna catch on one day ,the numbers are only going to continue the downward trend .
@@jothompson7610 always causing problems, especially unnecessarily causes no one to want to work with you, theres a difference between standing up for yourself and your work and straight up being stubborn and too prideful
The video ending with "It's all pi'erre's fault" after the entire video was about 1. 6ix9ine stealing his beat 2. Drake not finishing his features for songs that blew up anyway 3. Tory Lanez dropping some mid ass remix of a song that was never approved 4. Artists like Lil Yachty and Carti who still use pi'erre's beats after they've had disagreements is crazy to me. Either way pierre drops consistent bangers and i'll still listen to anything he drops and come see him live when he's in my city
@@newvision4l314 it's not even like pierre got mad or beefed with him either. he would have put drake on the song if he gave the minimal effort required to finish his verse but pierre was unbothered anyway and just put out a product he was proud of. rap fans these days are too focused on "W or L sales numbers!!!" to understand
@@DatBoiDeeBee nope you're right about that. most people consider poles 1469 or gummo to be his first "hit" but he and nudy had tons of bangers out already
The one that was 100% wrong on Pierre’s part was not giving his artists more attention. Chavo had honest potential coming off of chavos world 1 & 2 (3 does exist but it’s clearly not as good as the first 2) and really could’ve evolved had he been given more exposure. Sharc is definitely worse than chavo but the beats Pierre made for him were still very good imo.
Nah, it seems like he took everything to social media instead of just handling it in private. You think drake, jay-z, metro booming etc don’t have these problems? They do, they’re just not putting it on social media
As a rapper/prod myself, i understand why Pierre did what he did. And 3 mill listeners is good enough. All he need is another hit to get his previous hype back
The problem is that everybody think it’s okay to disrespect producers, most people don’t understand that most of the time it’s the beat carrying the song…
You’re a clear example of not knowing what your talking about and getting your information from someone who doesn’t know what they’re talking about. Lancey, Ken & Trippe are all still influenced by Pierre’s production. Trippie fell off. Lancey is still a nobody. Ken wouldn’t be big if he did work with Pierre. 69 is scared to release music cus he knows it will flop. The Drake mishap didn’t even affect his career. The songs were still pretty big. Pierre just needs to keep working. He’s not as big because his music just isn’t that good/doesn’t translate well to the masses. It has little to do with anything in this video.
Pierre was perfectly justified in most of this. You're talking about him like he's some down-on-his-luck dude. I'm pretty sure he's not broke, he's allowed to make artistic choices regarding who he wants to work with.
@@skinnytimmy1 because he is so it logical to assume his actions have a deeply thought out creative process behind them. Pierre is a trash producer and an asshole and by far not a creative genius. My girl had sex with him some time ago and the only thing going for him is his big dick. So fuck him. Trash ass producer. He deserves his downfall
he didnt blackball himself, he chose his own artistic vision over clout and money. pierre is arguably more successful as an artist than he was making beats for carti
Honestly this is really just Pierre protecting his art and valuing the music he understands patience, and putting out music you don’t like just because a big name on it is why rap is so saturated now. I respect him for standing on principles and if I’m being honest my favorite Pierre songs is just him on it by himself anyway.
While he protected his art he wasn’t building relationships in this business of music… he’s very talented and I understand why but he ain’t move smart.
@@MrEOM41 did you watch the video bro? He has and had plenty of relationships in music with big names, he loss those relationships due to people only viewing him one dimensionally, he wants to rap he not just a producer and the songs with HIS beats he wants to actually like it rather than chasing the check.
man clearly doesn't give af about big breaks or money and sticks to his principles, turning down a drake feature because it was unfinished show he values the art above the money unlike most people who would sell their soul for a drake feature
Sometimes, especially if you make art that you want to appeal to the most people possible, you have to do the things that butter your bread so you can continue making the art you want to make. He wants to work in the pop rap industry, burning those bridges isn’t smart at all.
What trippie redd did was absolutely fucked 69 ain’t fuck Pierre..Pierre trusted trippie and that brother fucked him over by giving away a beat he had no right to give
People don't know how hard it is for a lot of Producers in the industry to get their just due. it isn't ego. it's wanting your time and creation to be respected and compensated which a lot of Producers complain about in the industry. if Artists can't get your beat they'll have someone else remake it and they put it out and your work is stolen
@@NVsionbeatzliterally, the opposite of pierre personality is someone like adin ross, who play his position smart like he lets disrespect slide but in reality he’s just accumulating viral incidents back to back and growing his following with each of em
Pierre was 100% justified in his beef with sixnine. He never cleared the beat in the first place and didn’t want to work with him anyways. If you told someone no only for them to do it anyways you’d be upset too. Carti is notoriously fake to a lot of people he has worked with as well but other than that Pierre has been tweakin. The Ken Carson, yachty, and trippie beefs show the side that has held him back. Him not putting drake on two songs was just the choice he made lol. I like poof without drake anyways
i feel he was actin puss wit 69 for no reason, every producer hopes to get a song that go SPECIALLY one as big as gummo at the time with no previous hits, not only that but he had already worked with him on 1469 so what was the issue. The ken carson, yachty lancy foux all that shit show his ego. He thought he was kanye but the nigga just a pee wee. He doomed himself but at least he got his royalties...
honestly, he's making a lot of decisions I could see myself making as well if I was in his shoes lmao. He clearly values HIS art and morals and stands on them no matter who challenges him. I'd do the same, his personality is very very rare these days, he not finna pretend to be or stand for something he doesn't want. He good in my eyes.
Idk, having a “moral” system doesn’t explain whether or not that moral system is as good as any other. He’s making it super hard on himself but not for any commendable reason tbh.
Bro did you really just try and say Pierre beefed with juice wrld and then explain how his disagreement wasn’t even with juice wrld but rather Digital Dash and interscope?
So much speculation and subjectivity is scattered throughout this whole video. From what it sounds like he's very protective of his art and is picky when collaborating with other people. You're weird saying he's not "hot" when he has consistent projects with Nudy and TM88. We need to get white teens a new hobby.
Tbh I don’t like this vid either it’s putting him into a negative spot meanwhile I think Pierre is a very selective producer … he been droppin with Nudy etc like this vid kinda weird but I get it he be on some bullshit sometimes … jus like everyone else
Exactly what I said bro 😂😂 suburban white kids have gentrified hip hop to the point where u have videos like this speaking down on someone for not meat riding industry ppl and having some artistic integrity with their music. I’m sure there’s hella sell outs who would slap a unfinished drake verse on a song they worked hard on just because it’s drake but Pierre said nah this is my song and if u ain’t even finish your part you not gonna be on it. I’m glad we still got some rappers who have morals instead of mfs like destroy lonely & Ken Carson who got put in a cage below Carti while he performed at a show cause it’s the “right career move” 😂😂
Pierre really could’ve had a lot of opportunities and relationships but he allowed himself to go. And the fact that he even had beef with smaller rappers at the time that surpassed him. It’s really tragic to see his ego like this and how ignorant he acted
@@4EvurPosters True but the man fumble an opportunity to have a drake stimulus package twice on drunk and nasty and another song like u can’t be that stupid bro imagine what that would’ve done for his career
nice video I fw your vids but a lot of this information is just wrong and it makes these beefs seem way worse then they actually were lol a lot of these “beefs” are y’all’s own interpretation of things 1.Pi’erre was never planning on dropping “gummo” it just happened that he did the song on IG live lol 2.the juice wrld album cover beef was him accusing the label of doing that not so much juice since pierre had that cover for YEARS and it was the original cover for 4 3.drake being on poof has been known since 2017 which kinda shows me your not tapped in as much and his features on “poof” & “drunk and nasty” have never leaked lol those are A.I 4. pierre didn’t charge trippie redd $80K for the beat he charged suave that much if it was even that since pierre claims it’s cap but he charged suave not trippie & also trippie didn’t give pierre his shot in the industry since they both weren’t big back in atlanta it was more of nudy back then they really all put each other on only person you could say who did that is carti since he was the biggest back then 5.carti and pierre having beef definitely has some truth to it but it’s been getting popular to make videos on them beefing since like 2019 and it has never been true and even recently pierre said on live that they are always working if y’all are gonna do these videos since it’s trending to make these “pierre bourne has fell off and is beefing with everyone and has blackballed himself” then research and make sure everything is all facts these just seem like they made for views but great video nonetheless
@@MariWrst yeah but pierre fr has beefed with a bunch of people and there’s some cases where you can’t defend him but you right it’s that most of the time
Idk, I say it depends on how you use it, Ye has a big ego and came from the bottom but that ego made him believe in himself to get far, main difference is he never burned the bridges he had while trying to blow up like Pi’erre and was humble to work with other artists younger or bigger than him (he burned some of those bridges later on when he was already big and established but that’s a different story lol)
exactly that’s why he moves how he moves and why he did ken carson like that pierre is not looking forward to working with rappers who are already on his wave anyways why would he work with carti “signees” they need their own pierre bourne just like how carti needed pierre
@@bapebearbricksand that's exactly why he's in the situation he's in 😂 bro said earlier in the vid juice was always positive and kept dropping hits what's being a lame ass nigga gonna get you even if your a good producer?
Yall need to know the music industry is evil. Lots of big artist regretted signing a deal and majority of em got lost in the clout and glamorous lifestyle and then not realizing that IRS is on they ass and end up being broke. Pierre is moving proper. Taking his art seriously and not worrying about the clout and whatever the fuck there is out there. Gotta respect the way this man is moving. He’ll have a long lasting career
pierres a hypocrite, he really said "dont bite the hand that fed you" but then started problems with trippie & carti which are the two who put him on thats hella crazy 😂
Eh, he hardly started problems w Carti. Carti’s camp has ego problems if anything bc all the producers are obviously competing w Pierre. Trippie started problems w Pierre when he gave the GUMMO beat away. I dunno
appreciate the time you took to present this, but ngl this sounds like a big record label paid you to make a smear campaign bro. all i see is a man having respect for his work and standing on that code. albeit my time around the industry hasn’t crossed the 10 year mark yet, i’ve still seen countless artists stealing beats especially from those they consider “friends” because they think the producer will just be ‘fine’ with it. but that’s a shady thing to do. calling them out for it is 100% fine.
Putting together public information and explaining it isn’t a smear piece. The details are out there and accessible, not like this is just hearsay or private info.
knowing your worth is way better then being a pushover they want a pierre beat but don’t wanna pay him it’s way deeper than blackballing himself Watch Producergrind producers do not get paid Timberlin used to get paid 500k to 1 million Scott scorch was 1,000,000 to 2,000,000 for a beat producers now can barely get 100k Pierre mixes and masters, his own tracks he is doing way more than 90% than main stream producers Rappers are being cheap yet brag about how much money they have, and on top of that saying he’s being disloyal by not giving them free beats Him going on tour, making his own music on his own label is making him way more money than being a producer selling beats for the bare minimum even though when you hear that producer tag, you already know it’s gonna be a banger
Trip and Pierre literally came up together. Trippie is rich enough to pay for the beat lmao, but they're friends and you don't do friends like that. Greedy ash
@@hadesedits1501 you just said he has more than enough money to pay for it but won’t he can take his girl on a $250,000 shopping spree, but can’t pay his producer that who’s really greedy
Bro just said a whole bunch of bs for 16 min straight, a lot of this is misinformation and biased asf. What did Pierre do to you piss you off this bad? 😂😂😂
i truly dont understand the negative pierre negative... pierre mite be extra sometimes but he jus be making what he want ... not my fav or close but def as a producer
@@bavingates2502even if he doesn’t blow up off his rap career niggas still gon ask him for beats, he’ll still get paid a lot. He did blow up in terms of his producing career.
you’re looking at this all wrong and come off as a Hypebeast gen-z watcher. Perre knows his worth, not saying he’s made the most sound career moves, but that’s his prerogative. He seems like one of the few that ain’t allured or swayed by fake clout. As you eloquently said, he’s worked with the best artists in the game. Do you think Huh’s is by sheer luck or the fact that the man is talented and it’s only energy matching energy. Props to him and hopefully he finds a balance between relationships and Industry norms. It’s refreshing seeing someone who ain’t swayed by opportunities and fake relationships
@@Designrvrt_that’s like saying shutup and dribble. Pierre stood on his morals and ethics. These artist wouldn’t be shit without their engineeers, producers, and writers. Some are comfortable staying silent and collecting a check while Pierre OBVIOUSLY wants to build his own empire.
You try to paint it as if he fell of as an artist, maybe as a big time producer sure, but his last album TLOP 5 did 16k, which is greater than recent sales of rappers like Coi Leray, DDG etc. Not saying he's anywhere near superstar but hes at least as big if not bigger than Lancey Faux, and bigger than some of the guys he used to do beats for like Smokepurpp.
I met Pi'erre in Paris, I chopped it up with him and he is a super genuine down to earth guy. I'm not a known photographer or anything but he gave me a shot off the love and strength in our conversation.
