An expert in the life of Blessed Pope Pius IX, Francesco Guglietta, has revealed in an article published by L'Osservatore Romano, that Pope Pius IX decided to consult the bishops of the world before he proclaimed the dogma of the Immaculate Conception on December 8, 1854.

Notice how Pius consulted with other men in1854 to decide the dogma of the so called "immaculate conception" was "truth" ONLY after looking at a painting. It amazes me that Catholics would believe and continually place their faith in something that keeps changing based on who in the RCC can come up with a better story to justify the lies from hell they feed their followers. Heb13:8 Jesus Christ is the same yesterday,today and forever. Unlike the RCC, the TRUTH of Christ never changes.
