I think there will be a need post COVID but we shall see. I am seeing a lot of new orders using them as event tickets as we start to reopen events and concerts

I heard that in Russia we will have an option to replace old paper passports with card-type passports but still no clue how they will be protected

Yes this is a common problem and once that is time consuming to fix. There are multiple reasons but should I post a video on how we fix this issue?

@@ChrisBiz202 Specifics matter. You ought to know if the laminates are polyurethane of polyethylene, and what sort of printed sheet are you using with what type of ink or toner?

Youve had that problem with plastic giftcards?

What you are referring to is a Die Cut. Look up local printers in your area for Die Cutting or Letterpress printers. They would be able to assist.

Our clients like a thick card so we print on 100# Cover Stock and laminate with a 7mil lamination.

I might be however when we print these cards they 24 up on a 13x19 sheet, where with ID cards they are one at a time. Likely the PVC would make more sense.

I actually bought my corner rounder on eBay

I don't know where you are in the world but here is a newer version of the one I use. This one comes with a 1/8" blade but bought a 1/4" later that gives more of a rounded edge.
