Plastic is made with molds and dies, if we require every plastic producer to stamp their address on their product, we can send them back to the manufacture.

Or why don't you as the consumer stop using plastic? Several companies use glass bottles with a deposit that clean and put milk back in, like years past.

For all we know, using plastic packaging could be on level with genocide, not to mention the harm its putting other land animals and sea life through. We arevall in on it however reluctant.
