Kong's brute strength is probably the most slept on part of him. He may be very intelligent and incredibly agile, but he can also break most titans in half.
It was in a interview Kong was weakened throughout all of Kong vs Godzilla because he was sedated, and the stuff they used make him weaker and slower, the director said without that he's much stronger than what they showed
yeah he was sedated 2 times in gvk during the boat scene and where they had to lift him with helicopters. And he was out of shape due to being on a fake island so they had to constantly feed him fish which was not his proper diet.
That's very true. Sadly we never got to see kong vs godzilla ar full strength. Kong was weak and so was godzilla so hopefully we get to see a full out brawl in GXK
@tech_shield6963 Godzilla wasn't 😂. The 1st fight sure, but godzilla was gonna win that one ways since it was in the ocean. Godzilla was up for weeks and moving before the Kong fight, he functions on how much radiation he has stored up and him moving a lot causes him to use it up. Plus he blasted his atomic breath to the hollow earth that basically drained him of his atomic energy strength. It's been stated in the novel godzilla was also not at 100% same with kong.
Fun fact actually about JM, according to Arvid she can lift nearly 7 million tons, and can recreate any earthquake in history as well as, in theory a magnitude 12, which if you didn’t know would require a fault line longer than earth. If kongs stronger then that? Dudes a total beast
@@TaurusSaurus most likely not, it’s hard to determine physical strength with fictional characters since it’s all over the place, and I highly doubt Kong can lift what you are stating, he just doesn’t have any feats to prove it, though that doesn’t mean he’s weak, far from it, one of the strongest, if not the most physically powerful Titan on the surface world (he was born on the surface, so he’s technically a surface titan) at least, in terms of punching strength, I wouldn’t say he’s physically stronger in terms of raw strength or lifting strength as someone like Godzilla or King Ghidorah but still.
@@Blizzardholocron it’s only really hard to determine with franchises that have a lot of inconsistencies, the monster verse is fairly decent consistency wise though. Kongs easily one of the strongest titans in general, basically equal to Godzilla and by in large Ghidorah. only behind Shimo and whatever the hell that massive titan skeleton was in GxK. Kong does actually have a feat in that range, those massive stone doors he opened were calculated to be around a million tons. And he’s comparable in strength to titans like Godzilla who’ve shown feats far exceeding 7 million tons. Considering Kong has never actually shown any physical strain in doing basically anything besides brawling with other titans (when he’s not sedated), it’s not a stretch to say he can lift that much.

Kong is genuinely one of the most grossly underestimated kaiju in the entire monsterverse. almost nobody knows that in the gvk movie kong was able to briefly knock out godzilla with a headbutt underwater which is also confirmed in the book for gvk. This is the same kong that was 88% sedated which heavily weakens him physically and lowers his stamina, and kong was doing this underwater which means he has to apply more force in order to knock out godzilla. altough it was for a short period of time, its still an insane feat nontheless because even kaiju like ghidorah were unable to knock out godzilla even after numerous heavy blows. BTW kong without axe can beat mecha just gotta add that there because mecha is not him or nearly as strong as most people think. You'd understand that if you watched the movie properly and read the book for gvk
And this sedative probably lasted throughout the entire movie. Meaning even in hong kong, kong was sedated somewhat in GVK. In a true fair 1v1 between Godzilla and kong it's most likely going to be a 50 50.

Seems likely. I would have been fine with Kong evolving lightning powers as seen in the old movie since he is in the Hollow Earth with its elevated energy. But they chose the glove route so whatever. :D

Now in gxk when he’s not sedated and more angry he can now punch Skar king on his back and it was with it left arm. I honestly think if we were witnessing a real fight between a titan gorilla and a nuclear leviathan sea dragon . It would be Kong winning on land 60% out of 100%. And 40% going only to Gman because of his nuclear breath or his tail landing a lucky blow. This is not only because of his immense strength, but his combination of intelligence , speed and and agility . I've seen male gorillas rip trees out of the ground, throwing a momster tire like a Frisby , and crack reinforced glass with angry hammer fist. So strength, no question , but intelligence we are talking about a creature who has been recorded by spectators making gestures for someone to swipe a smartphone to show him more pictures of humans on his phone. Others have the capacity to express love for kittens and not to mention their ability to learn hand sign language, showing the ability to comprehend and communicate. It's actually an insult to mankind to say a dumb lizard void of compassion and cognitive intelligence could ever outsmart such a creature. I've had reptiles ( lizards and snakes), and most are very slow unless they are motivated by food. It's probably more edge to the dragon in the ocean simply because of the large body of water and not the dumb dragon who is extremely fat. It's only now in this new movie that they performed liposuction on the Gman in order for him to run in that ridiculous scene. And Kong, where they also have a gorilla who feels more comfortable running on his knuckles.

KONG is not a normal gorilla, he is a Titan. His Strength is Disproportionate to His Colossal Size!! If he were the size of a normal gorilla he would literally be a Super Gorilla. Kong's Punches Are Much Heavier Than 607,500 Tons.
I think Kong is stronger than a regular gorilla sized up to him. In the king kong movies, we see how tough kong is when he took dozens of bullets and still able to fight the airplains, and those bullets are massive. It's like a regular gorilla being shot with an automatic rifle several times and still fighting. Also, Kong throughout his history has fought opponents bigger than him. Kong gets slept on because he doesn't have any powers like godzilla but his brute strength, endurance, agility and intelligence all combined is what makes him super threatening and dangerous.
That electric power is feasible now that he's starting to wear autobots as armorment. For instance, they could upgrade that beastfist of his into a fully realized stunnana glove as well as endow him with further lethal implements--or at least a worldbreaker-ish gladiator gear.
I bet the mechanical enhancement at the very least doubles 588 kilotons of tnt, or 607,500 tons of force. That is heavier than the entire weight of Ghidorah and even Shimo. Insane.

Kong's strengh: Kongs strikes have been stated to have the same effect as a 4.2 magnitude earthquake ever since gvk, just so we know, kong was old, worn out, starving and sedated twice, probably even three times, along with that he ran to the other side of the hollow earth making him more tired, without a break, he just kept getting weaker suring the hong kong battle, his strengh lowers, and yet still harms mecha, capable of knocking a 605K+ down, kong was pretty weak, but if he was at his FP, he'd be 2.2x stronger, making his punches have the effect of a 8.4x magnitude earthquake, but he got stronger ever since 3 years passed, coming to gxk, he's in a stronger base form after all, posibbly 1.5x stronger due to going back into his adult form since the hollow earth boosted how long he should live and he holds some energy of hollow earth, he'd have a mountain-shattering punch, an effect up to 9.9 magnitude earthquake, strong punch, right? But he gets his Beast Glove, giving him a 2x stronger AMP, now just imagine this punches effect, 18.9 magnitude earthquake, a lot, right? As it should be, if not more, if this power was harnessed into energy, these punches could posibbly even break cities Kongs speed: Kong was able to react to Godzillas atomic breath in gvk for minutes, and they fought for 12 hours, just to remind you again, kong was weak at that time, he'd be very much faster than his gvk version having better health, tho his travel speed is already 400+ mph Kongs Durability: Thought he was able to get grazed by 20,000°C, dont get me wrong, he had good blunt durability, able to get sent 5 miles per second into hollow earth, even in gvk, capable of surviving godzillas bites, same bites who are able to tear ghidorahs head off, Godzilla really didn't bite his arm off even tho he tried, but decided to throw him into a building, dislocating his arm because of the force, tanking Mechas kick which had hollow earth energy in it and still able to barely have any reaction to the pain, able to resist shimos blast, same with being way more durable than skar king who was able to get hit by the spiral ray which was really strong, 20x more energy is just like holding back 20x more energy which makes kong able to tank something as strong as a nuke, but trust me, this doesn't mean kong can not get killed by a spiral ray. Kongs IQ: Crafting weapons, communicating with Jia with sign language, outsmarting godzilla, being stated as the smartest titan.

This is why Kong's character is special. He can step up with just his brute strength. They need to focus on this aspect more and dial it up a bit. He doesn't need fancy special powers or crutches. It would be way cooler if he's just strong enough to the point where other titans NEED to resort to their special powers to tip the scale in their favour.
that was pretty much the case in hong Kong, godzilla was getting folded and needed to keep Kong away with atomic breath and only after Kong's arm got dislocated and on the ground could he use all of his body parts to fight.
Kongs Physical weapons are tools of death the weapons of kongs mind make him the most dangerous kiju/ titan yet aspeculy because he can ask for help from us and humans have perfected killing over a millennia if Kong had powers on top of it he would be to strong and almost never have plot armor giving the movie the lil twist we all know so well in the monster verse
I predict that as the films go on, Kong will continue to add more weapons and armor to his arsenal to contrast with Godzilla's body evolving and growing. This will help keep the power gap between the 2 from getting too wide(Godzilla will always be 1st thought)
What about bite force? Gorillas have one of the highest bite forces per square inch in the animal kingdom. Only, Jaguars, Sharks and Crocodiles have a higher bite force.

Thats what I didnt like with the Godzilla VS Kong fight in the previous movie. Godzilla should have lost some teeth and bled out from those heavy punches. Kong's hands are even bigger than Godzilla's head. He shouldnt come out of such force unscathed. Yeah i get it thst he is a tanky nuclear dinosaur but Kong punched him a lot and even gave him a knee kick to the jaw. I was like wtf its like Kong punches rubber and not a being made of flesh and bones.
I understand kongs punches are strong af But Godzilla's durability is just tooo much. Godzilla survives extreme temperature and to support attacks like atomic breath .. An attack which can drill a hole through earth.. Godzilla's body needs to be veryy veryy strong. Or else it would just explode.
You have to understand that the writers don't make movies based on actual scaling, it's all based on bias. A quote from Stan Lee "if I want spiderman to win I'll make him win, if I want the thing to win, he'll win. These are fictional characters so stop asking these bone head questions". Look at the war bats, kong should of torn them apart easily but couldn't. Or even skull Island against the skull crawlers. He could really beat it without any weapons. He's like this cause that's what the director wants, plain and simple.
The most underutilized thing in all of MV is blunt force. and thats Kongs middle name, quite literally being able to knock Godzilla out for a short amount of time with just a punch, while being sedated so he could be transferred via boat.
This was one of the most needed videos out there…Kongs physical prowess is slept on the most…I mean…in godzilla vs kong we could’ve seen kongs huge brute force against godzilla but we didn’t see that….kong didnt get to use his strength against godzilla other than his axe…And was running away from his atomic breathe..We we consider kong an alpha titan his status should be a lot more threatening aside godzillas status…Even the ion dragon managed to tank godzillas atomic breathe with no apparent injury before godzilla ripped him through his strength..Then why cant kong tank godzillas rays when he is an alpha and a titan with more brute and raw power plus blunt force than godzilla…The fight should’ve been an equal or a near death win for godzilla the most…the monsterverse is expanding and there will a lot more directors who will throw a lot respect at kong eventually…

I love the Kong and Godzilla team ups no reason they should have anymore beef, I mean Godzilla literally killed Kong he had to have his damn heart restarted thats done so just be cool they both want to protect humans and earth just work together! I can’t wait for this movie.
Now I kinda wonder how much Kong can deadlift, if given the chance I bet he could lift Shimo's weight completely off the ground, even if you scale from a human since the deadlift record for humans is over 500kg in real life.
I mean it's quite simple, silverback gorillas can lift up to 10x their body weight, so we can safely assume Kong would be able to deadlift 900k+ tons. To put that in perspective, if we assume shimo is 200k tons, he would be able to deadlift godzilla, skar king, ghidorah, shimo, muto prime, mothra, rodan, behemoth and methuselah at once. I know that sounds crazy, but I think it's plausible since in GvK he was able to trip MechaGodzilla with one arm (when he swung the axe at his leg) and MechaGodzilla weighs 600k tons.
Dangerville I’m pretty sure kongs punch 4.2 magnitude earthquake was from gvk Kong has gotten stronger since then he’s been living in the hollow earth with all the energy and fresh hollow earth food he’s stronger and bigger than in gvk so he’s punches probably break the earthquake scale its probably like a giant bolder hitting a city which can destroy cities

The new movies offer drastic ,freakish mutations ,and super powerups with every film. Infinite breath attack Longer limbs Dropped from super heavy weight to welterweight Upgraded burning form Dorsal plates Body structure Ability to move on all fours Speed boosts & more....... Whats next ? The 3 mile flying missile drop kick from the past.. Kong crushed MG and literally tore him appart when GZ couldn't scratch him. All while at what, 40% of normal power ? Kong rules.
As the biggest Kong fan, I can say that Goji might be physically more powerful, due to higher weight, durability, and his breath, but Kong is a way better character. More heart, more personality. Plus, though Godzilla can evolve into better forms, Kong actually has a much higher skill/power ceiling due to his brain size, youth, and ability to learn and use weapons. Just wait until Kong crafts some Goji leather and Anguirus hide armor, muto bone spears, and gets outfitted with Monarch missiles. You can’t put an upper limit on intelligence.
But godzilla's personality is also good He never back's down to save the earth No matter if he's gonna die He never back downs.. He always keeps his live on front line to save the earth.
As one of the biggest Godzilla fans, I actually agree with this opinion. Even tho Godzilla has got powers, abilities, he is not much of a ‘character’. Yes there were times he did some facial expressions, and emotions, Godzilla is not the best at being understanding or being caring. The G-Man has more of a ancient wild animal vibe. Where there’s Kong, communicating, understanding and relating to others. At the end what I’m trying to say is, Kong has more emotional experiences that make him feel more alive and relatable. Making him the best characteristic Titan in the Monsterverse. Godzilla on the other hand, I mean.. He does have his own personality but we don’t really see it because of him being… him- He is mostly aggressive and he is an angry looking animalistic monster. But we do know that he is the most epic monster in the Monsterverse.
With this, I think is safe that, despite not being as strong as Godzilla, Kong would still beat the crap out of the Mutos, Behemoth, Rodan, Scylla, etc, no?
