Today we are joined by Jamie Feilden, founder and CEO of Jamie's Farm, an expanding charity that works to help vulnerable children in ultra urban areas using a unique combination of farming, family and therapy.
Jamie talks to us about how the 6 farms the charity now has have embraced regenerative farming (as well as a healthy Air B&B business) to provide an income stream in order to provide an incredible experience for more than 2000 children a year.
We find out about a typical day in the life of a visitor to the farm and how the kids are encouraged to get as hands on as possible - from chopping logs, to feeding the bulls, delivering lambs and moving 300 sheep across the A4...
