I decided to transform my body in 30 days. You see back in March they closed the gyms due to the pandemic. I could have just quit everything and scrap this video, or still push myself to make this workout challenge happen... just with a few modifications. I ended up doing 150 push ups, 100 burpees, 1-2 hiit workouts, and abs every single day for 30 days.
