I can always see it. But I don't "notice" it. But it's always there. I can really see it if I'm looking at a blank area. I thought it was normal and I tried to explain it to someone. For me, they're different colors.

Isnt astigmatism when you cant see the vertical and horizontal views of an object at the same time? It means that a perfectly normal cross sign will appear bulged outward to someone with astigmatism but I can see the halos around cars and also can see a cross normally so I dont think the car light example is right

If you have Hyperphantasia then say someone tells u too imagine a kiss, You'll automatically think of two people kissing, with location included, (eg beach is very common) you'll feel the kiss, hear, etc. I have it and when I did the test, I was in a beach kissing with a girl I made up in my head, and it was like a movie with sun glaring trough our gaps, I could feel Her lips, our arms touching, the beach sands, winds, wave sounds, how wet pur kiss was, etc

The disadvantaged is that nightmares are terrifying af

Now get ready to find out that some people actually can't see anything with their mind's eye, aka my father, my sister, and me/pos/lh It's called aphantasia, where you could very try as hard as you can to see something in your mind and not see anything when you close your eyes. My mother has the same condition as you, so it's weird how we didn't get her gene for it and just our father's. Although to be fair I am scarily like him ngl.

I've had it since birth too but I ended up picking and scarring which makes it much worse, but put into perspective that it really isn't noticeable to anyone if you don't fuck with it. I've always shown my arms and no one has ever said anything about it. I highly recommend using a silk wash glove weekly they take off dead skin really well and aren't too harsh.

Now for the first time I find out that some people can't imagine pictures😮😮😮😮, I can imagine well, but not only pictures but the 3d environment around me and movement instantly, art was easy for me because I simply draw an imagined picture on paper, when I heard that others have no ideas or when I saw that someone was not good at drawing, I thought people were just pretending they couldn't to avoid work.😐

I really don't know if I have Hyperphantasia, but I can just imagine some any type of war/story in my head which really helps me with my currently hobby - Fantasy Writing. Sometimes I can also close my eyes and like.. I don't know how to explain it, I just kinda control the things that happen like some sort of god and my characters have to deal with it. I can also view them like a spectator. Like for example in my head I could summon a giant dragon and then my simulate an entire fight in my head step-by-step between the dragon and the heroes. I think it really just means I have a really good imagination. It kinda sucks since I can't stay still on one single novel idea because after a few days I'll think of an even cooler one. My friend says I'm really good at making up interesting lore or backstories for random stuff, so that's a thumbs-up I guess. Anyway thanks for reading haha I think I wrote too much
