I love the cut corners like how getting all your gear is a single button press that teleports it to your character, but you know what the true joke of games like these are? They'll nail all the tacticool stuff and then give you the most atrocious AI and mission design, so after setting yourself up for 3 hours and mapping your entire keyboard, you face enemies that are less advanced than Doom (97) ones. As someone put it, "onion farmer goes to restaurant, complains about onions served, doesn't realize they're just a side ingredient".
Well that was just the unit, did you not see he was also wearing the armband? Improperly, yes, as they don't read through coat sleeves, but he WAS wearing it.
That was funny, but try not to give yourself a heart attack with all those props Hoot. Also I think about as "realistic" as I'll go is the bullets having to be reloaded one at a time into the magazines (it doesn't just magically redistribute your ammo into the remaining mags), and the weapon jams occassionally. Anything else, and it's usually less fun and just tedious. Great video!
0:53 Honestly, everything else aside I low-key love this mechanic. Being able to choose between slow and fast reload, ammo conservation vs speed, would be a great mechanic.
0:44 we had M4s in Iraq.. that F***ING "charging handle" is a P.O.S. i once had a grain of sand get stuck in the tiny release lever on that thing that jammed the release lever.. so the entire "charging handle" was stuck, and i couldn't reload the gun.. F*** THE M4

Holy Hoot, I watched the video like a zillion times, half to listen over and over how you say "nice" and "chair"... cough, damnit , most sexiest words that I've ever heard in these last weeks (and not for the words themselves, the voice!!!
