My thought to increase the success/close rate would be to have a more strict pre-qualification process for the people you do the Tiny Challenge with. That way you're not wasting your time doing most of the qualifying through the Challenge itself. For more seasoned entrepreneurs, the challenge should have a price point that counts towards the full offer that'd be given at the end.

Richmond teaches that on day 2, 3 and 4 you teach step 1, 2 and 3 of your framework to help the client work towards their desired outcome.

So, the tiny challenge is used to market a more expensive program? You run a tiny challenge and you're a beast and 10 people join. You don't actually make money directly from this. (You're talking about 10 people a day for 5 days.) You're great at sales so you get seven sales. That's seven sales per week... As the absolute maximum you can sell and you're working 50 hours a week delivering just the tiny challenge... Not the more expensive program. Is that right?
