I started rowing about 4 to 5 years ago and am still doing it. I do have laps of having off time and then coming back to rowing. But I enjoy it and do see the effects on my body and health. It’s a great workout and I plan on to keep doing it the rest of my life
The video quality is really getting better in this channel. Rowing is great. It's fun and the move is interesting. I think the most important thing in cardio exercise is to do longer times than to do with high resistance. So at least 30 minutes.
My take is this: exercise whenever you have the uninterrupted time and energy to genuinely challenge yourself. From my experience, the exact time of day doesn't matter as much, it's best to prioritize the other factors
