I feel like the multiversus roster’s quality is based on a person by person basis, they just need to keep up the variety of franchises and all will turn out well roster wise.
I wasnt scheduled to stream yesterday but I had to for Samurai Jack. His moves is unmatched in this game. My only gripe is his dodge is probably the slowest and easiest to counter. Combo potential is ridiculous tho.
Season 2 has been so fun! Despite the nerfs, i was able to have smooth and exciting ranked matches with Superman and won all so far! Both Jack and Smith are super fun to play! The new system for the rifts is way more engaging than before. The new medal reward and shop sounds great to me. Needless to say, despite still needing improvements, season 2 brought Multiversus back from the brink. (Can't wait for when Marceline, the PPG, and the new stages release, and hope Ruby still is the pipeline since the show was saved by Viz Media)
The only thing that bugs me about Season 2 (so far anyway) is that for some reason I've been having some severe latency issues, where my controls would spaz out and walk me off stages without my control. And from what I'm seeing, I'm not the only person who's been having this issue Everything else is a massive improvement though
This season is getting me hyped I’m looking forward to beetlejuice and I’m also so happy for in particular the medal shop. I don’t want to pay for anything so I’ve been struggling getting characters. With the medal store I got two characters in a row with Tom and Jerry and reindog
It is from the premium founders pack that was only available for the beta, that ringout is now unattainable, you had to buy the $100 edition back then . That’s how you get the yellow name and golden toast banner too, also no longer attainable
Idk i gave multiversus another try, and nothing changed with the netcode. My first couple game felt good but idk if i was playing with bots. Jack is fun but ill still have games where the opponent is literally faster than me spamming move and can instantly dodge so its make the move unpunishable. I just never feel like im on the same playing field when fighting other players and it feels like i can't improve. And the community is more worried of balance because the netcode doesn't affect them, while leaving players like me in the dust because my game is unplayable. If you absolutely destroy someone, try looking closely at the animations and their walk speed and notice that they literally cant win, not because they're bad but cuz their game is slower than yours. So i uninstalled because my issues with the game wont be fixed, i have noticed that i can parry more than i was able to previously but idk its just too little too late. They basically took my favorite game away from me and is now teasing me with the missing potential that this game has. And its always the netcode DKO, darwin project, rumbleverse, and more of my favorite games died because of this same reason. Im glad you're enjoying the game but i cant care about a game that doesn't care about me.

@@MyTardisGoWhoosh plus getting a PC isn't going to randomly fix the netcode, I'd have to move back to where I had better connection to the game. I had poop wifi and a ps4 when the game was in beta had the same issues except the game was a lot faster so I could actually kinda play, now that I moved to cali with better wifi and next gen... the game became unplayable and it makes no sense, I just want more attention on the netcode
MVS just makes me sad, I don't see the dev's vision for the game. Characters are gutted for no reason, then Jack comes out, and they make events even grindier with the "at least you get all your missions at once, which gives less XP."
This definitely didn’t save the game the patches are still terrible they aren’t listening to the right people when it comes to nerfs and ranked rn is a mess it’s just people spamming side attacks 24/7 with zero draw backs and no attack decry or atleast a significant enough one
Its a bit better but i gave up on ranked because there a glitch for Velma down special won't take away certain characters. How im supposed to climb the ranks as Velma if her main move is broken. I had a match with Jack and it didn't pick him up. I would of won if the game wasn't broken.
they cooked for sure, however there is always stuff that they mess up like ranked came out finally but i wanted a normal rank where i can change characters whenever i want and still rank up but this whole every character has its own ranked is soo annoying like for example i got to silver with jack but i got bored so i wanted to play some harley my main but now i have to start over from bronz with her and i will lose time ranking up on leader board with jack and i might be late to make it to leader board with harley so its sooo annoying also the fact that u cant rematch is annoying and last thing is and ik they are trying but the balance is still bad like taz is broooken and super man is still good and finn is still good like top tiers are always top tier and taz is just broke completely since s1 and they are still afraid to rly nerf him
@@AvataryayaI think he’s mainly talking about any character other than jack against another jack especially fighting at low lvls if u go over to the Reddit everyone is talking about it. Comparing his side b to shaggy and how much people spam it but this happens each time a new character comes out someone says broken
I'm on board with seeing Betelgeuse appear in Multiversus. Same with Dexter and the Powerpuff Girls to appear. 🩷🩵💚👓🥼🧤🟣🧪🔬⚗️ Some people told me they have doubts if Dexter will show up, but he has to since he got teased in the game's launch trailer from May with his one glove and glasses. Especially when voice actress Candi Milo basically confirmed being Dexter again for two games, one possibly Multiversus, according to a tweet I saw last weekend.
I feel like multiversus should at least give the og roster for free Selling characters is so unnecessary I even think new characters like jack and jason could be sold Thats fine But having only shaggy will make a lot of people leave so quickly Or make a thing that if you pay like 9.99 you get the full roster instantly Thats will make a lot a of people try the game Like why would you buy the battle pass if you only own Shaggy??😂😂 is dumb
I've stopped playing multiversus this season because samurai Jack is so overpowered he makes the game unfun. I hope he gets nerfed quickly so he becomes more fun to fight and I feel less guilty playing as him.
I stopped playing the game just because of jack, Its unplayable for someone that mains garnet or any other character similar to her. I got rank 1 in duos with her until I started getting back to back jacks every game in gold
This was a huge "L" (This drip feeding content garbage is killing this game) There should've been 4-5 characters revealed (2 characters isn't enough) The battle pass rewards are lame

I legit showed proof otherwise & number 2, I legit mained all the wack characters in season 1 velma and still had fun, I just hated the state of the game.

Not really, adding 2 characters is not gonna bring the fanbase back, the rifts and the monetisation is still an issue, and the game still fells grindy to play, also the character issues and the balancing issues are still there Whille im glad ranked mode is a thing is still sucks for those new player that only got shaggy to play
I agree with denysvision because they still didn’t fix fighter currency and multiversus need to add a feature we’re a player could choose they character instead of using shaggy
Bruh Rifts are great now what you on about??? They made some legit positive changes this season which MATTERS. Yeah 2 characters not gonna change everything but that's not the only thing they did. AND there's more coming. The game can ONLY get better.
