ManiTech, Start exporting to Zambia. There is a friend in Zambia who makes JAM out of the Traditional Fruits such as amasuku, infungo, amasafwa etc. As a Lab Technician/ scientist, you can learn how to do that easily and expand your product line. Africa Collaboration.
