@@fruitloops2058 I think it creates a nice contrast between him and Six - we saw from the last game that Six is very much self serving, most definitely from existing in a world that was out to get her, and possibly the influence of the Lady's power within the Maw. Six would leave kids behind, she ate the Nome, she very much only seemed concerned with her well being and no one else's. Mono however seeks her out after seeing her captured and rescues her, earning her trust. Even if her help is self serving, if he's survived out in the woods on his own, he could likely find ways to move forward without help, having her along just makes it easier. I think it shows a clear distinction between the two. He seems more prone to fear than her as well I've noticed - she never screamed or cried out when she maybe jumped off a ledge in the first game, but Mono does. He seems more sensitive than her.

That's probably the case, but there's another reason, in his character description it is said that a paper bag helps him forget that the world hates him and wants him to fail.

I like that she lost the raincoat. It wasn't hers to begin with and now she's lost it like the original owner(s) before her. She also doesn't stick out like a sore thumb now that she doesn't have the raincoat so that's nice

I doubt she lost it. She is just probably wearing her grey coat over her yellow raincoat, but nice try.

spoiler! They said the 2nd game is a sequel- I think it's time travel, mono came out the tv because I think he's the thin man, and the frozen static kids are his memories from other timelines he jumped to

Actually before six there was another yellow raincoat wearer before Little Nightmares 2 and the yellow raincoat somehow made it to where six and mono are and that's why in Little Nightmares 1 six is wearing her iconic raincoat

I feel you. Actually I was confused of why would Six have to stop and observe just because she saw Mono. Like it feels so out of character for six to stop and look at another Kid when she is indanger (From Very Little Nightmares and Little Nightmares 1) UNLESS this meeting with Mono had a heavy sentiment. I mean look at it, is it because its been a while since Six saw another kid? is the Hunter really that slow to find Six, or there is actually something that occur during this encounter. My theory tho is since we are in a time loop, what if Six felt a seige of De Javu when she saw Mono. Like as if she met him before And don't know where and how. And what if Mono feels it too, which is why they got lost in eachothers gaze and wtf is the romantic intentions to put mono under the moonlight and have that calm music at the background lol I may be bias but this have been bothering me since I saw the comics and No one is talking about it XD

@@mysticadriana I get what you're saying, but it made me automatically think of a counter point which was if the Thin man is in fact Mono... then surely when Mono encountered him multiple times and even went face to face with him, he should have had some sort of De Javu feeling like you were talking about, even more so since they are the same person. Yes it could be argued that since he is the antagonist throughout and Mono must have had clouded judgement at this point when encountering him, but I personally think that The Thin Man is the only one who has any recollection of past events. Speaking of your theory, if you think about it, if you saw a kid your age sitting on top of a tree under the moonlight even with everything else going on around you, you would probably take a moment to gaze at who was there and even stand still for a moment. Since it's a comic we really don't know how long this interaction between Mono and Six took, for all we know it could be a couple of seconds that were just personified in the panels to make it seem like the interaction was a lot longer than it actually was. I think they had to illustrate this gaze into each others eyes since there would really be no reason for Mono to go after Six unless he had actual reason to, which ended up being this short exchange they had. In my opinion it doesn't really go beyond that, I would like to think it does but I really think that The Thin Man really is the only one who can have any recollection of it all. Given the powers Six has displayed throughout these games I don't think there's enough there to say Six has any sort of power to recall past events, even a little bit. ... but for the sake of romance let's just say that this was definitely the start of a romcom between Six and Mono that we'll absolutely have to see develop in the next game (hopefully)

The first theory may sound crazy but honestly I think the same. I believe that the second theory explains why monster six (the figure) looks like the janitor because television corrupts you when the thinman grabs you towards the television. I hope you understand I don't have very good English :)

He probably has ties to the Maw and Ferryman and will eventually have any captured kids shipped over.
