Yes, this is an excellent strategy. I just found myself today thinking that there were so many things I need to keep track of and I needed to write it all down.
I guess it's hard to see the forest because of the trees. Introspection, selfawareness are things most people are not capable of (anymore). Even if we'd try, we'll be losing grip over a more or less of a time span. I think we are bombed with things and stuff and thoughts that are widely ephemeral. And that's not even the main problem, which is that we no longer have within us the things that would make us take educated routes and tailored choices. So, yeah, in the end I can say that human kind is losing the thing that makes us humans, and that's REASONING. Sa traiesti!
