To keep their fleets safe, they needed fast, agile and advanced naval fighters. What they ended up with was the Fairey Fulmar: a slow, obsolete fighter design that went on to become an unexpected success.

Hi there, Terry here!
This is the first of a new style of videos I'm making (as mentioned in my previous video with the A380), which go into greater depth about the history behind the models I make.
There will be a build video showing how the Fulmar model was made (as of uploading this, I'm still editing that), which will, of course, be focused more on the modelling aspect of this project.
