@@sweetinvictus654 i was only interested on this game because it was the only game with mahito at the time. But after jjs released a better mahito i just lost any interest on this game. I don't know The combat feels slow and boring.
@@trunkofanwhaleeater8350 jjs manages to be pretty slow yet still super fun with its mechanics. something sorcerers never understood, every character played the same as the last with small differences. jjs makes each character feel unique
once talked to sum dude in sbg about mahito's moveset (me)> "mahito has so little moves they copied it from one piece" > "no, it has too many moves, thats why they copied it"
Not tryna glaze but sbg was kinda cooked when jjs came out because of how frequent the updates were 3 new moves plus emotes and quality of life updates weekly is wild plus the lack of community engagement stoped the game from moving forward the game was doomed to end quickly bc of the selfishness Prime sbg will be missed
jjs showed how you could really mess around with jujutsu abilities and stuff with great mechanics and frequent updates but sbg just updates every 3 years and is like tsb just jjk instead of opm and felt more like a copy than original (and the community is toxic af)
As a friend of Cube, Alrage is a child and acts like it, he's immature and has problems with his own mods, banning 27~ people because they disagreed with him is insane and at this point I wouldn't be surprised if he did something dumb and deletes the server. He needs to either work on himself or step down from owner because he is clearly too immature to handle this game.
he banned me from the discord server cause i told him to look in his webhook channel and there was me sending a message asking for a unban in the game cause i got banned in the game instantly after joining
this game ain't gonna get far no more😭 I hope alrage locks in and actually pushes out the update fast and fixes the issues he has in his discord server
I would just like to add on from what shrine said, Working with alrage was definitely awful, it was like talking to a brick wall. And one of the most unmotivated and lazy devs I’ve ever witnessed. Also there was about 23 bans give or take. It’s a shame this has happened, but it is what it is.✌️ (Also everyone who was staff is currently banned in game to my knowledge. Because the way he does his mod role in game. So until the game updates we stuck) -Zeno
i have no idea if shrine is a dev or a mod, but hearing that you're "awful to work with", "a brick wall" and "the most unmotivated and lazy dev they've ever witnessed" is CRAZY, glad this game is dying
@@SneakyBoi__ I wasn't just a moderator. I was the community manager and handled everything on the discord server side of things, as well as acting as a tester for the game. Moral of the story: sbg gets boring after 10 minutes so forget that mid and play jujitsu shenanigans. They care about the community, update frequently, and it stays fun. (Plus build mode)
I think Shrine absolutely should of left like that. The owner is a power hungry man who can't accept when he is wrong. He just bans people on a whim inconsistently and then bans ANYONE who even DARES to disagree with him so that he can sweep his mistakes under the rug. He is literally controlling the server with fear of getting banned to shut them up. And how are the leaks going too far? Leaking some m1's and a weapon for the next character (when Megumi is already almost finished) is nothing compared to most of the staff team leaving. The only reason I could see the leaking being "bad" is because it kinda creates hype seeing future updates when updates are now going to be much slower due to staff leaving. This is a remade comment cause YT was bugging and didn't post the first one I made.
BTW, alrage (the dev of the game) started off making copies for ROGUE LINEAGE, named Rogue Lineage Tycoon. I also have to say, he cannot make original game concepts like when JJS released Mahoraga, he leaked Mahoraga. + The game is literally copied from SBG
i was involved in this and left shorty after because there was no point in staying. alrage seriously was out of control. for all of you saying this doesnt affect the game, it really did for a few hours. Exploiters were roaming the game for a bit because every moderator has either quit or has been banned so they couldnt ban exploiters.
Alrage became so desperate to revive the game he literally released an unfinished megumi without mahoraga, not only that atleast stop working on new characters when one isnt even finished yet, to be honest alrage genuinely needs to act like Tze.

the admins didn’t handle it poorly. It’s their job, they can do whatever the fuck they want, also it’s justifiable imo because it showed that their jobs could’ve been gone at the click of a button
this was my fav battlegrounds game believe it or not I played strongest first and tried out other games before this but once i started playing it more i liked it a lot more but now alrage since he is a lazy dev me and my trio decided to drop the game since it was not fun anymore I wish I could say it was not a bad community but it was really not fun all im wishing is that alrage tries to help the community with updates being a little bit more faster (Holy yap god damn i just realized how much i was typing 😭😭)

The discord is so miserable I got banned for saying green fn and some guy snitched on me and did some corny Mahoraga summoning and the mod posted a Mahoraga gif and banned me, I’m so happy it is falling off
i got banned for racisim in their server for doing a hollow purple emoji meme, but missclicking the chicken emoji as the hollow purple, i was banned instantly and without a chance to say anything
I could have some stuff wrong, but from what i've heard some of those first bans were people being racist, but they were doing it to a person who was completely fine with the jokes and liked them. I also heard that some of the staff team have come back, but not all of them.
Sorcerer Battlegrounds was my favorite i was playing right after season 2 and i just came back to try shadow Sorcerer but the game is so boring and full of teamers like i'd rather play cursed arena or cursed battlegrounds

WARNING: Yap fest. I saw this coming when I saw the dev's username. Example: his old "game's" description was "Hi arch I'm the Turkish roach." Arch refers to deepwoken's owner Arch_mage. ALRAGE IS INVOLVED INDIRECTLY AND SOMETIMES DIRECTLY IN STOLEN DEEPWOKEN GAMES. I was involved with Alrage's old game, Deepwoken Dev, and to explain what I said earlier, Dev is used as the source of every Deepwoken clone currently. Even before that he worked on the older Deepwoken copies, even Agamatsu played one of the copies alrage made and proceeded to make fun of it.
This is odd, this is genuinely getting me worried about alr because this is just stupid, as a matter of fact so stupid that I feel like alrage had some kind of mental breakdown after going through something, come on alrage tell us, we can help you you little greedy critter🤡
less the game self-destructing and more the discord server the discord was already a toxic cess-pit and i cant see how it would effect anything ingame. for ppl who genuinely enjoy the game, the discord server shouldnt be viewed as anything other than an update announcer

Tbh sorcerer battlegrounds is infested with teamers and that is killing the game and the fact that they put new characters and dont even finish it quickly just to rework the old early acces characters and they do the same thing everytime again
Sorry but sbg is in the dust now, i mean its one of the most irrelevant games on the platform. It was cooked when JJS became popular to the public. And its not even top 50 in the innovation awards from what i know. They update once every 4 months with MID ahh updates. While games over here that haven't came out like Realm rampage getting more attention then sbg. No glaze but the games been cooked
jjs fixing, balancing and adding moves every week (except some delays since tze works for other games too) while in a month they managed to add a big dog that grabs you and disappears
I used to be top player in socercer battlegrounds, I play on controller on my iPad, once they changed the settings for dashing and sliding, I couldn’t even play. It feels stiff to play and I can’t control my moves like I did before so I switched to heros which is so much better (in dashing and flowing)
Sbg never really had anything special to it, strongest battlegrounds has the best combat, heroes battlegrounds is known for their cold ass finishers and cutscenes, jjs is probably the most fun battleground game out there(also has semi-frequent updated) But sorcerer battlegrounds? Doesnt have anything special compared to the other battlegrounds
Exactly why sbg shouldn’t even have a discord lol just look at how announcements and sneaks and stuff are made it legit tells you the staff is immature as hell
