I’m happy they made the 2 categories. SRM and ACE are really impressive but I really enjoy the more “classic?” speedruns. Doesn’t take away how technical these are. It’s pretty crazy to see how far this game has come in speedrunning.

I was at like 11:57, like “We are at 12 minutes of 17. Da Phycc he gonna do teleport directly to the boss? Ain’t no way!” Then he teleports directly to boss. Phyccing badass.

Incredible depth of explanation. Some of these techniques remind me of ways people would manipulate inventory in the Pokémon games.
