It's Canon, see in sonic the hedgehog movie 2 a human can barely touch sonic normally, so with one he can indeed turn super sonic, but not with all the powers of the mania/master emerald

Yep! Ares is a easy one to skip too

@@DawnSRC Ares you could put your speed to max in settings and get power boost [both are easy to do] and you could accidentally run into the arena for the Wyvern fight, since the only mandatory emerald is the last one, it’s easy to be the first to islands, Chaos and Oranos aren’t so easy since you actually have to play the game to beat the island: Chaos since you can only get to the arena after pinball which is a quest you get after getting the 6th emerald and Oranos since you need to collect the six emeralds around the map to get the cutscene that transitions you into the boss fight

I'm pretty sure this is the hard way but you do you friend lol

Well anyway I couldn't get his exact name but I do know that if you look up wyvern chase skip and scroll to the people that make the tutorials you'll find his name and if you go to his videos you'll find one talking about it and just to make this clear he's the person that discovered this not me so all this goes to him.

Hours on a casual playthrough for sure but in the speedrun Kronos can be done really quickly even without the skip!

The one Emerald I’m counting is the one on Gigantos head so I don’t think so lol

@@mariokirarafan nope, I went into the boss fight with 0 and it automatically puts you up to 100

it would be cool if they allowed you to go super sonic with a certain amount of rings in update 3 but they did axe that in this game.

@@Ollie.H-23 In somewhere in the late release of Sonic, in sonic cd (i think) you needed 50 rings to transform.
