Ma'am, I recently read a research paper on stress, anxiety, and depression, and how to overcome those situations. Surprisingly, your video closely aligns with what I found in that research. Back in 2019, before COVID, I came across this study in Japanese while researching the topic. I translated it and studied it, and while your video doesn't go into as much depth, it still touches on important aspects. There's definitely more to explore, but great job! I sometimes use techniques like eating chocolate or going out and taking some time for myself, which really helps!

Hey dristi di, I have been watching your videos for past few months and I have learned a lot from your videos, In many of your videos you mention journaling it is helping me a lot. All the bad thoughts I had before I journaled them in a diary, I do journaling in the diary and it's very relaxing for me. If everyone started doing what is needed then everyone will started to do only limited things like help for provery, medical , environment issue. Then there will be no uniqueness at all.Then what is meaning of actor, actress, players, singers etc because that isn't that much needed. I really want to become an actor but now my choice becomes questionable 🙂💔

Dear drishti, I have been following you since last year and I have a very important thing to share with you. As you are doing a great job for us but you should improve some of your skills like when you are explaining something for Hindi audience so explain the whole thing using the Hindi language and avoid the unnecessary terms of English because it's weird to listen someone in two languages in 10 or 20 minutes. BTW everyone has there opinions but what I felt,I share with you and hope that you will improve this for us ❤❤.
