Meri rank JEE me 759000 hai air category rank 146000 hai par mere parents ko sirf meri category rank pta hai aur ab college admission ka time aa gya hai to documents bnwane padenge aur usme rank likhi hogi aur mujhko abhi se soch soch kar dar lg rha hai ki how they would react ? And mujhe pta hai vo kafi tough hoga but uske hone se phle hi mujhe bhot stress ho rha hai . Isko likhne ka reason hai taki stress kam ho 🥲🥲🥺🥺 please bless me guyss

Ma'am, I recently read a research paper on stress, anxiety, and depression, and how to overcome those situations. Surprisingly, your video closely aligns with what I found in that research. Back in 2019, before COVID, I came across this study in Japanese while researching the topic. I translated it and studied it, and while your video doesn't go into as much depth, it still touches on important aspects. There's definitely more to explore, but great job! I sometimes use techniques like eating chocolate or going out and taking some time for myself, which really helps!

Hey dristi di, I have been watching your videos for past few months and I have learned a lot from your videos, In many of your videos you mention journaling it is helping me a lot. All the bad thoughts I had before I journaled them in a diary, I do journaling in the diary and it's very relaxing for me. I actually thought for a long time that I should make this comment to your videos and now i do Watching your videos i find some points relatable that I have applied in my daily life it has really helped me for making me a better person. Love you a lot and thanks for making such knowledgeable videos. Make more much contant in future 🤞🏻

To add more, you spoke about promise right, so mera bhi ek slogan hai in my mother tongue, Konkani - Priya, stress voson daryak uday. This means, throw the stress in a river, so that it drowns and I don't see it again.

Hey Drishti Didi , I often read this quote of Sadhguru and it making me disturbed can you make a video on this please 🥺🙏🏻"If you are a fool you will do something that you don't like to do ,if you are an inteligent person you will do what you love but if you are genius you will do what is needed " Or please anyone please help me to understand 🥺🙏🏻 Shouldn't I do what I really want? If everyone started doing what is needed then everyone will started to do only limited things like help for provery, medical , environment issue. Then there will be no uniqueness at all.Then what is meaning of actor, actress, players, singers etc because that isn't that much needed. I really want to become an actor but now my choice becomes questionable 🙂💔

Dear drishti, I have been following you since last year and I have a very important thing to share with you. As you are doing a great job for us but you should improve some of your skills like when you are explaining something for Hindi audience so explain the whole thing using the Hindi language and avoid the unnecessary terms of English because it's weird to listen someone in two languages in 10 or 20 minutes. BTW everyone has there opinions but what I felt,I share with you and hope that you will improve this for us ❤❤.

hi. really a very nice video ! i enjoyed and learnt a lot from it..but i would to correct you on 2 points.. its pronounced sym-pathe-tic and para-sym-pathe-tic. and you accidentally mentioned systemic where it was supposed to sympathetic....i really enjoy your videos.. keep posting more good content!

Hello didi I really love you videos but I need your help in this situation My father is undergoing a lot of stress and he is not ready to admit it I am in class 12 and studying psychology, right now we are studying stress in details but I am unable to convince my father that he has stress issues and until he understands and admits that he has stress neither he nor anyone else can do anything about it (Also I thought about taking him to a psychologist but ofc stereotypes make it difficult) What shall I do didi??
