How STRONG Could Goku Black Get? - His INSANE Power & Potential 

Heroes Goku Black does have a Tail in Full Power Rose, so perhaps a Hypothetical SSJ Rose 4 is possible

You know, he *could* wish himself immortal. And before you say "it'll make him weaker", no it won't. Immortality in DB is essentially eternal life with VERY advanced top tier regeneration. He could exploit the hell out of his zenkais by battling, getting injured and have his body just heal itself. His cells will respond to that and thus make him stronger. And being immortal means he can just continue improving himself and mastering his abilities forever. I dunno why he didn't do this in the main story but I can only guess the writers thought it would make him too overpowered?

I don't think Goku Black would be able to use Ultra Instinct since he doesn't have the mindset for it but I think he would be perfect for Ultra Ego

Well considering Zamasu has been around for hundreds if not thousands of years before becoming Goku Black, just imagine how refined his martial techniques are. He was considered a martial arts prodigy. Centuries of martial combat and knowledge combined with goku's powers is a devastating combination

When you think about it Goku himself could theoretically do all these things and I imagine that he would make a ki power pole in place of the Scythe and in tough situations have his clones fight for him while he uses a spirit bomb or potentially just straight up ganging up on his enemies with him and his clones either using kaioken blue or ultra instinct. For the power pole part I always saw Goku Black’s scythe as his version of the power pole in some weird way since he’s a evil Goku

I always assumed Goku Black was so strong because he was using a future Goku's body and kept unlocking its power, and since that Goku is from a future where everything happened, but more, he was just really jacked.

I think the biggest factor for Black is figuring out why his body grew so much from zenkai’s when the original did not get the same benefit. It’s the same body and by this point Goku shouldn’t be gaining much from zenkai’s, yet Black not only did gain from them, he surpassed the original.

I honestly wish Goku Black actually was an alternate version of Goku who turned evil under extreme circumstances that pushed him to insanity. Not some “Oh it’s Goku’s body but it was actually a body swap” BS, a true evil Goku.

I agree with you. To be frank I would not be surprised if Toriyama overlooked/didn't realize just how OP they made him in Super. Yeah he's being showcased now, but I'm thinking that if it were recognized when Black was first introduced, they would have either changed the script or nerfed him somehow during the arc.

I would say Cell and Goku Black have some of the highest potentials of any character in the series, aside from the gods themselves.

now that dragon ball heroes introduced SS Rose 2, 3 and Full Power, it made me want to see a "what if Goku Black turned good" where he accesses SSR2, 3 and FP, and maybe it could either inspired Goku or Vegeta to so the same with SSB, or make it "his" thing

Goku Black can’t get MUI, I believe (Ultra Ego/Mega Instinct/ Hakai) would be more logical for him because of his temperament. Either way, if he gets to use Ssj4 Rose is good enough.

Whether or not he would choose to I believe one of the easiest paths to insane power for him would be to travel the timeline and potara fuse with seemingly infinite versions of himself. It seems kinda out of character for him though. In the spirit of fused fusion it would be cool if you combined some of your what ifs. Like take a what if where the change occurs in early z or dragonball and then later on apply a what if that occurs later in the series to the non cannon original what if. You could come up with some crazy stuff that way!

Great content as always! Would you ever consider doing a “what if goku black was actually Goten” video? You could start it in dbz and show the change in his character through the years. I think it would be an interesting dynamic for goku too

Thinking about it, if somebody wished too have the dragon merge with them, they could have all of the dragons powers, and abilities, with both your power, and it getting a massive boost. If black, made that wish, instead of destroying the dragon, he would have the power to do literally anything, and would be as immortal as the super dragon, plus he could give himself immortality since he have the dragons powers.

I'd like to add that while the manga has made it clear Super Saiyan Rosé is just an alternate version of Super Saiyan Blue that is only pink because of Zamasu being a godly being.... The Anime and Heroes continuity makes it somewhat clear it's meant to be a natural godly version of the _first Super Saiyan form._ Hence why his counterpart from Heroes can use Super Saiyan Rosé versions of SSJ2 and SSJ3. So one can only imagine what would happen if Goku Black tried to actually combine Rosé with Super Saiyan God to form his own the Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan transformation.

I would say that if Goku Black was able to beat Goku, Vegeta and Trunks he would probably encounter Broly after enough time, but would probably kill him pretty quickly since he would see his potential and not want to underestimate him like he almost did with the other Saiyan's. Moro would more than likely still be imprisoned, so he would die pretty quickly, and Granolah might be able to land a lucky snipe shot, but if he doesn't then he's dead before his wish. If he's able to go into other Universes then he would have to take out Hit pretty quickly, because those assassination techniques could actually kill him. The Universe 6 Saiyan's wouldn't be too much of an issue, same with the other Universes. Universe 11 is where I think Goku Black would meet his end, if not to God of Destruction Toppo then definitely to Jiren.

He said its from different timelines of him, so if he combined his own with these different timelines of himself. For example, when this was using of fighting , he can just self-fusion, one for SS4, one for SSR, one for UI. He's just pure madness. And if the namekian ability does work for combining each other together. It's just BROKEN if he actually get this ability right?

I think his potential comes from him being a Kai in a Saiyans body I mean just look at xicor sure he's not Canon but he's half Saiyan half Kai and he slaps ssj4's in his base sure Goku black isn't half Saiyan but him being a Kai and being in a Saiyans body gives him much more potential than any normal saiyan.

I just read an article and it said that ssjr is none other that goku black’s regular ssj form and not a version of super Saiyan blue hence why he was able to transform into ssjr3. Let me explain Super Saiyan blue= ssj ki+ super Saiyan god ki Super Saiyan rose= ssj ki+ Normal god ki So imagine if goku black had unlocked his own version of super Saiyan god, to think he had done all of his feats in his version of a normal super Saiyan just powered by god ki Goku Black utilized Goku’s Body better than Goku could as he can choose when he wants to grow stronger than his body passively doing it for him. Let's analyze the best case scenario for Goku Black, and I'm talking absolute BEST case. We start off with Goku Black killing Vegeta in their first bout, an enraged Trunks and Goku would most likely end up pulverizing Goku Black into an unrecognizable mass of flesh, however with Zamasu there to lend the occasional helping hand, Goku Black makes it through the savage onslaught. Goku Black is teleported away and would later receive a MASSIVE zenkai, and proceed to become the undisputed victor. Afterwards here most likely blow up earth and start crusading throughout the galaxy, monologuing and murdering everything in his wake. Let's say that somewhere out there in space, Goku Black is actually challenged and gets put on the backfoot for some reason, he still makes it out alive, but not without some zenkais. Eventually Goku Black would pass Vampa, and sense the one, the only, the ultimate fighting machine, not so jolly green giant, giga nigga nine thousand himself. Broly. Goku Black would most likely be fighting Broly for days, but unfortunately for our giant uncultured murder puppy, Goku Black has Zamasu to heal him. Next would most likely be something like Granolah, but with no wish, Granolah is essentially just any other guy. Moro would most likely be dealt with far before hand, given that Zamasu most likely knows of his existence and the threat he poses. Goku Black would then continue to slaughter entire galaxies with no effort until he reaches U6. Which to say the least, isn't gonna be a challenge for our Goku Black. All the other universes aside from 11 will only prove to stall Goku Black or make him stronger. Which means it's time for the ultimate showdown between Goku Black and Jiren............... This would technically be the end for Goku Black since Jiren is just uber strong. But eventually, because plot convenience, Goku Black would eclipse Jiren in power. The next logical thing for Goku Black is watch as the sun sets upon a grateful universe only to realize that now there are only 4 beings in the entire cosmos. That being him, Zamasu, the grand priest, and Zen-Oh. Goku Black isn't stupid by any means and would immediately realize that he's doomed the entire cosmos to be an empty space for all of eternity, and that sooner or later the grand priest or Zen-Oh will notice and erase Goku Black. Terrified by this thought, Goku Black attempts to flee to another timeline, but just as he does, his fears are realized and before him stands a small figure with blue skin. The Grand priest has arrived, and saying he's royally pissed would be an understatement. The Grand priest eyes down Goku Black and Zamasu, before stating, "It's against angel law to engage in combat with that of a mortal." Goku Black thinks he's fine because he never wished for immortality. "But, it's as they say, or said back then, rules are meant to be broken." Before either of them could even finish comprehending the words that just came out of his mouth, the grand priest sucker punches Zamasu and decides to imbue him with the pain of every individual he's killed across all time. He then proceeds to decapitate Goku Black, or did he cut him in half? Did he evicerate him? No, no, Goku Black was certain he'd been brutally murdered by the priest, so what's happening? The Grand priest is actually running through every possible way he can kill Goku Black, but reviving him before he can go off to otherworld. After what could only be perceived as a millennia later, Goku Black and Zamasu are tried for their crimes against all life and by proxy the Omni King. The trial ends and Goku Black is sentenced to complete and utter erasure, no afterlife, no resurrection, just death. This outcome is a little grim but also the only one I see happening, at some point I feel the grand priest would have to actually acknowledge the threat that Goku Black poses to the multiverse, and would need to stop him personally.
