They have done the math wrong. Those 2.5kg plates are really 5kg probably to compensate the double pulley, so when you add dumbells on it you should measure also with the crane scale. So 53.5kg from the stack plus 10kg dumbell added its not 63.5kg...its more like 58.5kg. All those PRs records are wrong..... Unfortunately 😔
