So with all the hacks in play I would put them comfortably at the beginning of the Buu Saga which is crazy in terms of the scale of most shonen. Thing is in addition to insane hacks through their freaky biology they can gane insane new powers and strength in the blink of an eye. Had this series continued for another one or two arcs they could have easily reached the top 5 of most powerful verses ever in fiction. But even though the don't quite reach that lvl in raw power in an equal stats fight u would be hard pressed to find a character who could stomp the Toriko top tiers.
