How Strong would EVERY Joestar be as a Team?

Even a Joestar duo is OP. But as a team, all together, they would be INCREDIBLY OP !

A Joestar team vs main villain team would be a coool concept

Considering that most Jojos have close range stands, the clairvoyance of Hermit Purple could actually be super clutch

fuck all that, a combo of Joseph’s photography ability and Josuke’s repairing ability would be lit

Find it weird how people always forget GER has telekinesis It picked that rock and moved it without ever making physical contact with it

Imagine any damage you do gets healed by Crazy Diamond, your attack gets returned to zero by GER, you get frozen in time for 1-3 seconds, then you are tied up by Hermit Purple and Stone Free, Shot with Golden Spin AND Go Beyond, then punched in the faced and knocked out by Jonathan Joestar, then possibly put into an infinite death loop. The greatest finishing team move of all time

Just like an Overwatch Team 1. Jotaro and Joseph (Tanks) 2. Gappy and Jolyne (DPS) 3. Josuke and Giorno (Support)

Imagine if Giorno could return the time limit on time stop to zero, giving Jotaro infinite timestop

Giorno, Johnny and Gappy can not just utterly decimate anything in the verse, but also destroy them on a metaphysical and multiversal level. The others can just sit back and be their cheerleaders.

Here's an idea: Team Swap! Completely swap some teams around in various Jojo parts, and see if they could survive! Like, could the Stardust Crusaders survive Part 5 and all their villains, could Bruno's Gang survive Part 4, etc. Of course we have to ignore some semantics, like Kakyoin and Polnareff joining up BECAUSE of DIO, and the reason Bruno's team is fighting The Boss, etc, but if we keep the level of progression the same, could these teams survive and win different situations? Could they figure out the enemy Stand's abilities in time to save their own lives?

The Main Crossverse Suggestion I've seen for the Joestars are the Belmonts from Castlevania (Because of the whole DIO/Dracula Comparison), with other intresting being the "Yu's" (Yu-Gi-Oh), Ushiromiyas (Umineko: When They Cry), Hammas (Baki), Mishimas (Tekken) & Skywalkers (Star Wars)

Joseph:*breaks camera to take spirit photo* Josuke:"bob the builder can we fix it bob the builder yes we can"

All these stands flying out and you just see Joseph start blasting with a Tommy Gun

3 of the 4 strongest stands in the entire series belong to joestars, they wipe so many animes its astounding

Don't forget that hamon has/can accelerate healing a lot. Especially in Jonathan's case, which adds something to the table, where after he had many bones shattered, he healed instantly and was able to transfer it to his surroundings with 0 idea what hamon was. Jonathan has that too. Not sure about Joseph, but he most likely just never tried it.

Also I think another strength of this team is the compatibility and teamwork they would have with the whole psychic bond and just trusting each other

The massively destructive team with 2 healers is crazy. Also technically Jonathan would fill the exact same role as Joseph given he also had hermit purple, but I guess you could write this off since he didnt have total control of his body

2 hamon users, 2 healers, and a bunch of versatile powerhouses who can either extend their reach, stop time, revert objects, animate objects, break infinity, nullify cause and effect or remove/bestow characteristics. This team is *unreasonable*

What anyone whose dealing with them together has to contend with is: 3 characters that can attack through zero or no time from it being erased. With 2 of them having stands that can attack incoming danger even if their users isn’t able to react in zero time and their attacks are complete ability nullification and touch of death (if on a horse at a gallop). One who can shoot bubbles that bypasses all barriers and all laws/concepts that control an universe due to essentially not really existing. Making something that can kill with potentially a no limit fallacy, with your only option to survive is to out speed it to repeatably doge it due ocean free potentially sending the shots back at you. One who can repair or heal someone/thing just by touching it as long as it’s still alive. And another who can also heal over time. Two hamon users that can hurt enemies weak to sunlight as well as: Improve griping, strengthen someone, make impromptu projectiles, make bubbles of hamon, buff attacks, slow aging, stand/walk on water, and lay traps that are triggered & powered by hamon. With one of them being able to manipulate technology and sling around like spider man. And finally one who can turn almost all her body into string & can attack, over hear, sense out, and lay traps out several hundred feet in a area around herself. While also being good in both support and defense by creatively using her strings. Couple this with the hamon users, and the part 4 5 6 & 7 users abilities then ocean free becomes extremely hard to contend with for what utility she gives for the other user’s shortcomings.

The only thing go beyond, tusk act 4 and GER need is a form of healing. Josuke and GER offer it a lot. Josuke would offer a lot of support with time stop. Old Joseph would be a great support in terms of information gathering. This will be a pretty ridiculous team. Also Jotaro would do the classic "its the same type of stand as star platinum"" and hit it with Star platinum Requim go beyond act 4

We don’t even need them all. Just take Giorno, Johnny, and Gappy. There is no single stand user who could defeat the combined power of GER, Tusk Act 4, and Soft & Wet: Go Beyond

I'd like to see them fighting scaled with their "starting forms" (Act 3 Tusk Maybe) A lot of the jojos got reality warping powers to counter other reality warpers. When that final end of series form is accounted for, fights probably aren't as interesting

A team made of all the main JoJos could go quite far against many of my favorite verse(when its only the characters of the main series itself only) but that mainly because of the genre. Once its a similar genre to JOJO and/or there is equal or greater busted ability. I find their ability to win as questionable since they would not be immune to the effect of whatever verse they enter after all.

I think Giorno and Johnny together are more than enough, you have Johnny's range and Infinite Rotation paired with Giorno's healing abilities, (which I think are better than Crazy Diamond, since Giorno can heal himself and can theoretically restore any limbs that were completely destroyed, I don't think Crazy Diamond could 'restore' a wound from Cream or The Hand) and of course RTZ which makes him invincible basically. Also uh... Tusk Requiem. I don't know if Giorno would ever decide to give Johnny the arrow, but he might since family(?) It's unknown, but Tusk Act 4 Requiem sounds terrifying. Bonus Video Idea: (No clue if it's been done yet) What would be DIO's C-Moon? The Heaven Plan that Pucci was shown to do was obviously meant for DIO, so what Stand would he get after destroying his stand, absorbing the 36 sinners, and fusing with the green baby? Would he still just get C-Moon? OR Could Made In Heaven evolve to be as powerful as The World Over Heaven?

My usual goto for question like "who can beat ..." is Acelerator as he is a walking Uno reverse card. If any of the 6 or 7 first JoJo were to carelessly attack him at full power, he could score maybe even a kill. But then what? They can just figure it out since they are all smart. And neither the army nor Qlipoth would be of much use. Then I thought of the strongest non-bs-y feat in that universe: Othinus' universe destruction and recreation including manipulation of all of the deads and livings. But even that could be outed by Gappy. When your team can survive stuff like this, you know it is strong.

One team i would like to see go up against this team is the level 5s and Touma from the toaru series, if for no other reason than how crazy the power matchup would be. For the other team you have powerful lazer beams, one of the most precise and skilled forms of electricity manipulation, and literal remote mind control. Then you have a guy that can create and manipulate thousands of different materials that do not actually exist, and vector manipulation. Lastly, you have the Imagine Breaker, an ability that negates all supernova abilities that it touches, making Touma one of the few characters that could bypass GER and punch Giorno in the face.

I imagine Giorno and Josuke healing them as soon as possible while Jotaro, Gappy and Jolyne attacking everyone and Joseph just being Joseph

Massively faster than lightspeed is a crazy statement to make. Jotaro is "Faster than Light" according to his stats and Pucci is faster than that. Those are the fastest mfs in the series no contest. Besides GER, ig. Dio is equal to Jotaro. Maybe MIH and GER are massively faster than light. Everybody else is slightly above or lower.

The Joestars vs the Fate Universe would be so interesting to see.

I would like to see a kind of Joestar Round Robin style tournament. Like, GER would probably body everyone no question, but if it was just Golden Experience against Crazy Diamond, could Josuke revert thing Giorno gave life to? If Ripple and Spin are connected, would Jonathan and Joseph be able to resist the effects of Tusk or Soft and Wet? Probably not, but just trying to see if there are any intersting matchups between any of them

The fact that Jotaro’s Time stop can potentially be extra broken with Tusk Act 4 having a 100% Accuracy is funny af to think about. A target hit with the infinite rotation can be mega bullied by S&W go beyond since all Gappy would have to do is just shoot it at the location they are going to be at no matter what. Unwinnable situation for any character that is bounded to 3D

an interesting one i thought up was the dragon balls Z fighters after namek. current dragon ball is sort of out of the scope for a lot of series in terms of power scaling, but i think this iteration of them is a bit more grounded. goku only having ssj 1, vegeta before ssj, piccolo only having fused with kami, gohan before he could control his anger, and krillin, tien, and yamcha as they are. feels like a good mix of the Z fighters' raw martial arts and the Joestars abilities.

This is Marvel Vs Capcom talk but imo you really just need a Giorno/Josuke + Jolyne shell. These three are by far the best Utility stands and combine they'd have insane use. Your point character option are basically anyone except a Part 1 or Part 2 character. Tho imo your best choice for an attacker are Johnny, Josuke (8) and Jotaro. I mean you can't really lose if you have one of those three but i like Johnny the most so i pick him, simply because his stand looks cool

Further did a video where the stand using jojos fought the persona protagonists. The only one who could step to golden experience requiem was the persona 3 protagonist with Messiah and the Universe Arcana.

I want to see the 20 Protagonist Heisei Riders, but aside from numbers and the sheer stat difference (most Heisei Riders, especially after like 2012, scale to Universe+ at MINIMUM), a number of them have blatantly unfair abilities: -Ex-Aid can make himself completely immune to EVERYTHING, damage, negative effects, time stop, all of it. And the ability Mighty Novel X allows him to rewrite reality by speaking. (i.e. if he says "your attack will miss me" it happens) -Kabuto boast immesurable movement speed as his Hyper Clock Up speeds are not bound by the constraints of time. (He can enter this speed from a standing position as seen in its debut) And he's able to molecularly deconstruct opponents using tachyons. -Gaim is just straight up a higher-plane god. As in, someone transcends all of the dimensional layers of reality and then Gaim one-taps him in the novel. -Decade and Zi-O both possess the collective abilities of EVERY Kamen Rider (though you could argue that if both were in-character they would have to be motivated enough to use them properly, but given that Decade was confirmed to not only be aware of, but completely unperturbed by the events of the aforementioned Gaim novel, it's unlikely either of them would realistically be taken out, PIS in their respective seasons nonwithstanding. -Kamen Rider W also has access to a metaphysical resource of information that would give the Riders an advantage even without prior knowledge on either side. -Build is a supergenius whose intellect outstrips even the likes of Dan Kuroto and Takeshi Hongo, the later of whom canonically has an IQ of 600, meaning one info dump from W is essentially a full win condition for the Riders laid out. There's other things like Ghost and Kiva's interaction with souls possibly meaning they can do something with Stands (Ghost especially because he manifests the spirits of dead historical figures) but the main point is that a lot of Riders' endgame abilities are broken to the point that the writers will willingly forget they have those powers (Decade/Zi-O) or create contrivances as to why those characters aren't present in a conflict they could realistically end with a thought (Ex-Aid/Gaim/Kabuto/Also Decade again) Then again the sheer concept of Ghost somehow pulling a Stand out of the user's body and turning it into an Eyecon is a fun concept.
