I was vegetarian 2 years ago. Then I was 5'9 in height age 17. Mom was strictly vegi and I keyed in. I was really weak and sick, I took all manner of pill and I fell sick easy. A doctor friend of mine begged me to try meat and milk. I refused but after doing my research on meat and how much nutrients it adds for the body, I took the risk and decided to try it. I'm 6'2 in height now at age 20 and still growing. Also I got stronger and healthier too. It's been long I fell sick and I stopped taking pills, instead hit the gym for 6 months straight. I get it all now. It's a brainwash we have been fed to, they want us weak and sick(big pharma) and want us dependent on their drugs like zombies. They understand a weak body is a weak mind and that's why they don't want us feeding on meat and be strictly vegi which isn't healthy to the human body. Fellas don't give in. We have been lied to by these shadow figures, don't give in to the system. All these climate change and vegetarian push is all bullshit.
