@@keyurr6777 i think it's opposite rather ... Sadhguru says be involved with everything without being attached . So the example would be to become involved and pay attention . Suppose u r in a dark tunnel and it's a railway track ... How your attention level will be hightened automatically...you will be involved with it . No matter whatever important is going on in your life... At that time your priority will be safely getting through the dark tunnel . So attention comes with involvement .... Regarding the dustbin example ..i would say Sadhguru says ...drop your opinions .. if u just feel disgust for a while because your nose is sensing it .. it's fine ... Don't make any opinion about it ...just accept it as it is ... It is garbage ..how else it will smell ... Be mindful of not categorising it into bad , disgust ... ( I hope i explained it with appropriate distinction ) Here he is talking about high involvement and not about forming opinion .

That dream could be true 100%if not for media. We are one race, human race, diff nationalities. This is what they should be putting out to the world not the race issue, they cause the issue by always putting it in ppls heads. This is the very reason they created tv and radio, get to the masses and cause division and we've fallen for it. I stopped watching tv almost altogether, never watch the news propaganda and I see a whole new world. Without all the programming I'm happier. Color has never been a prob for me, I see us all as human beings, Gods children. ❤️

Same here, i see people doing particular behaviour and just know what they will do next in a flash sec, i then realised i have watched this in my dreams . nowadays this happens with me every week.

With time, a space is associated, which, depending on the energy current and the degree of level of consciousness, is also altered. So all we see, hear, feel, with our senses is our reality. But if we change perceptions, we also change our reality. Dreams suggest that the time and space of existence, the learned data stored by the brain and is organised on this data. Man created the computer based on his data storage. We are trying to find a way out of the obstruction of mind and body but we still do not know how our body works.. That is why meditation and yoga is significant, because it reveals how to get out of established thought processes.. 🌬️🌀🌌🙏🏻

My Guru calls waking state Reality 1, and dreaming state Reality 2. All the states such as waking, dreaming, deep sleep etc are equally real and important.

Not sure if I understood… you mean you saw your parents when you went into a deeply meditative state within the dream itself…?

@@DanielFaith1000 yeah, I didn't actually realize that I was dreaming and I started to meditate in my dream like I would if I was awake. After that I don't remember coming out of the meditation. I started looking around me, and then I seen my parents and they both looked younger than I have ever seen them. Then I remember thinking that everything happens faster in life than we realize, because they both acted the same way as now, and the only difference was that time had passed. That's when it really occurred to me how temporary everything in life is. After thinking that a few more minor things happened in the dream, but it was just so strange because after that thought about time occurred to me everything seemed so real. Even more real than normal everyday life. Then I woke up from the dream, but the more awake I became, the more it felt like I was falling back asleep. It felt like I was at a higher level of awareness or experiencing something that seemed more real and then I came back down a level when I woke up. It is really hard to describe, so I'm sorry if it sounds confusing. It did actually confuse me quite a bit. After that happened I tried to figure out what took place and when I read about the 4th state of consciousness that is called Turya I realized that seemed exactly like what had happened. I read a quote by Sri Ramana Maharshi about Turya and he said it is like a play between the other states of consciousness and its not uncommon for people who experience it to experience it during a dream. Hopefully this answered your question. I know it sounds strange. It was a pretty strange feeling too. Take care 🙏

Swapna is defined as an illusionary experience in semi-awakened state. Organic states could instigate dreams. Rapid eye movement (REM) sleep is associated with dreaming. "Dream sleep" is associated with wide fluctuations in physiological measurements (including temperature, heart rate, blood pressure, gastric acid secretion, and serum catecholamine concentrations).Every dream will reveal itself as a psychological structure, full of significance, and one which may be assigned to a specific place in the psychic activities of the waking state. Psychic forces are responsible for dreams. The dream is defined as the psychic activity of the sleeper. Dreams are the functioning of mind . The products of fatigue which have accumulated in the albumen of brain gradually increased and produce dreams Dreams occur as reactions to the real-life disturbances .Dream content reflects waking-life experiences, current concerns, and waking-life symptoms. Based on intensity, dreams are classified in to two,‘Saphala’ (productive) and ‘Aphala’ (unproductive). ‘Aphala’ (less productive) dreams are those which are seen during daytime and they may be too long or short in duration and they are also forgotten easily. External sensory stimuli are the source of dreams. The sensory stimuli that reach us during sleep may easily become the source of dreams. The main proof of the dream-inciting power of subjective sensory stimuli is afforded by the ‘Hypnogogic hallucinations’ (which are imagined sensations seems to be very real and occurs when a person is falling asleep). Dreams are classified in to seven types, ‘Drishta’ (seen), ‘Shruta’ (heard), ‘Anubhuta’ (experienced), ‘Prarthita’ (desired / wished), ‘Kalpita’ (imaginary), ‘Bhavika’ (feelings), and ‘Doshaja’ (due to internal imbalances or organic). External sensory stimuli are the main source for dreams which includes visual , auditory and other sensations. Dreams get their material from reality, and from the psychic life centred upon this reality. However extraordinary the dream may seem, it can never detach itself from the real world, and it must always borrow their elementary material either from that which our eyes have beheld in the outer world, or from that which has already found a place somewhere in our waking thoughts; in other words, it must be taken from that which we have already experienced ,either objectively or subjectively.
