It's good to see the assembly line. But it's only my personal opinion that the workers must be provided safety shoes not that they hurt their toes in the line of work. All the best. 👍
Good product ! Would by one easily . Hard friendly working people . Proud of thier work like U.S. and Mexican workers ! Clean and peaceful work place .
Brilliant! - if Reliant in the UK could have made these, but then the trouble being the loads of regulations being the big stumbling block, but what fun machines these are! 5 Stars
I remember they used to build these in IRAN where I come from, and in the old days they used to use Vespa engine in these....:) Nice video and Good luck with your fine work...:)
really look nice...I really love it...and look really sturdy design too -:base on what I see for part really easy to maintainance...I think it 150-250cc..
All the best to Tez Raftaar team for building this auto I guess it's a new company so there would b some quality issue in parta Or manufacturing defects but since it's a new product they manufacture ven better if they don't do mistakes
A Great Pleasure for me & Wonderful Ride for General Public People for Urban and Sub Urban areas even for use as a Loader. Well Disciplined Responsible and Skilled Hard Workers wearing Company Uniform at least; other PPEs may also be taken care by their Management. Well done Management of TEZ RAFTAR Great and highly appreciable. Thanks a lot for this Video.
They should start exporting this to many parts of South America and Africa with different name brands and different dimensions this will create more jobs
@@Gamingstas Indian Vehicle Mfg std is 100 times better than Pakistani and other S Asian countries too. Plz dont compare these Pakistani trash rickshaws with Indian ones as these are just cheap assembled parts sourced from China. The Indian ones are well invested in R & D and have the latest Euro6 engines with critical welding done by robots with well laid out Engine harness and ECM. Do watch Bajaj Rickshaw plant in Aurangabad to know difference, which exported to 20 countries.
@@Renato-no6kw These are just Pakistani autos with assembly of cheap parts from China/Thailand. Also such vehicles can only be used in Pakistani roads or the most in Afghanistan no where else they will get approval.
I've spent seven plus hours a day in auto-rickshaws when I was touring Southern India. They are a lot more comfortable than they look, and they hold there own for a few hundred Meters off road. Amazing things, better than any car for sightseeing.

I like the general design and yellow colour scheme of the model shown. Just two factors, they should build the chassis and passenger bodywork of pressed steel, wood and plastic, instead of angle iron and box forms which is welded together here. There is no weight (and material) saving. The pressed steel is lighter and saves on assembly man hours as it is mostly spot welded. The engine, no idea what engine it has, but one of the best engines has been the Honda 50-70 cc. It has been powering on since the 1950's. If they can get a 2 cylinder liquid cooled 4 stroke OHC unit like that of good capacity, then they would have a really good, reliable product.
@@mohabatkhanmalak1161 AS FAR AS THE CHASSIS IS CONCERNED , THEY WOULD HAVE SAFETY RULE'S THEY WOULD HAVE TO ADHERE TO BY LAW, THE SAME AS CAR'S AND TRUCK'S, AND I BELIEVE YOU WILL FIND THEY ARE FAR FROM BEING JUST, "SPOT" WELDED. MAXXAUS.
@@justvisitingterra6459 I rest my case and move on. By your last comment I can make out that you have no knowledge of spot welding and industrial production processes.
@@acbdcd1897 price is 800 us dollars If you want to travel on it like taxy then it depends on area 50 Pakistani rupees to 250 hundred. And if you are talking about petrol then it provides 50 km in one liter
i like it. and it's built in Pakistan. after watching all the work on the floor with no safety equipment videos i had my doubts but this factory is nice.
Give a little "positive camber" to the back wheels on the rear axel, then your rickshaw won't do dangerous wheelies. All the Apé rickshaws had a positive camber. When 3 passengers are seated in the rear, the weight will push the tires from positive camber to neutral camber improving the contact of the wheels and road, better breaking and lesser wear and tear on tire. Currently the rear wheels have neutral camber, once passengers sir, it will change to negative camber and is bad for ride and tire wear. Look at the front tires of F1 cars in contrast, they have Negative camber. During a corner turn at high speeds, the G force will push the front wheels to neutral camber, tire will make full contact with the ground, change the direction of the car and not skid.
u r absolutely wrong bro.... ape has independent suspension but this auto with non indipendent suspension with differential and drive shaft..so the nutral camber is fixed even if there is 3 passengers in the back side....in case of ape u r right......but in racing cars using little negative camber because while cornering at high speed the wheels on opposite side will pushed upward direction and then total load will be on inner wheels..then inner side wheels will get more contact patch because of negative camber,[ in this case u r wrong] wheel will not going to neutral camber
Dude , you sound like a smart ass !! Just enjoy the video ! It's a low cost motorcycle that lower wage people can buy , plus it's giving work to many talented hard working people who are proud of thier work . Please enjoy next time ✌️
И все равно, Эти парни молодцы! СНГ увы теперь на такой труд не способны, а если и сделают, то наш продукт на первой же 100м км рассыплется, потому-что где-то гайка отвалилась, а где-то запчасти нет(.
@@MrVovF22 This video is from Pakistan, not from India. And it looks like, they are mostly using chinese parts in Pakistan. In India we have some manufacturers building these type of three wheelers. But they are multinational companies. and they have much bigger factories than the factory in this video.
@@Weirdo_on_yt724 It's your duty to do your job properly regardless of whether it's a premium vehicle or not. It will be valuable to the customer even if you think it's a cheap garbage.
Thankfully that was the floor, and I'm not sure how much of a scratch that would be if you could even find it. If it was the dash or side where you saw it while driving or entering that would be unsightly, but it's just the floor and didn't look like it would be noticeable. Would be ideal to have a small table beside them for their tools though. I agree with treating it well. For those that say it's just $800, well for a lot of people that's all they can afford but they are proud because they own transportation now and can drive places, that's a big deal (even in the US a kid nearby just bought a used $600 motorcycle, and was very proud because it was better than what they had). It may be "junk" to some people, but to the owner it's an achievement to be able to afford it. I take better care of my used bicycle waxing and washing it showroom clean more than most people with million dollar cars, I try to appreciate what I have (I'm sure someday I'll have a million dollar car, I can afford a McLaren right now at just 27 years old but I think it would attract police attention more than I want, and I'd be worried someone would scratch it or door ding it out of spite without even knowing me out of jealousy). Either way I if it's "junk" or a million bucks, I don't want to scratch anyone's stuff, it's still their stuff.
