Watch How They Manufacture Heavy-Duty Concrete Mixer Drum In Foundry | Complete Production ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-IQ4iUj4S0wQ.html
I’ve had self induced ‘Arc-eye’ many times over the years messing about with my old cars. Let me tell you, it is really painful. From my experience, unless the company enforced health & safety, workers will do what they want. Although, that lad with the paint sprayer! Loved the video.
I hope the managers provide the man in the Paint Booth with Eyes & Respiratory protection before the poor man gets cancer or loses his eyesight. Thank you for sharing this great video. The humble TukTuk contributes positively from day one, when it started as a Vespa mini truck in Italy.
да там много нарушений техники безопасности,нет средств защиты - таких как маски,перчатки,про обувь вообще молчу...Да и к сборке претензий много,швы не проварены,а просто прихватывают в нескольких местах...Привет из России.
I love it. Hard working employees. Numbering i never seen like this. Awesome. Small request . please provide mask and glouse to spray painter. I salute. Video making 100 mark.
I about laughed my a$$ off when the frame assembly was complete and the next guy down the line when he received it the 1st thing he did was beat the snot out of everything to see if anything would fall off. Great quality assurance there. 😂
They just rotate workers in and out as they go blind from the retinal burns, and every new worker is shown the VCR safety tape that demonstrates how to use the "close your eyes and use the force" welding goggles.
Lots of workplace hazards that don't seem to be addressed. Sandals instead of work-boots. Not many welders with proper eye protection. No mask for the spray painter. Don't get me wrong, it appears to be a very efficient operation, but the workers face quite a high chance of injury due to lack of safety precautions.
Really interesting to watch so thanks to whoever took the time to video this, bit alarmed though watching the guy spot welding with no eye protection and the person paint spraying with no mask, his lungs are going to suffer for it down the road, so now I see why we need health and safety at work.
@@kozapytapl First thing I look for in videos from this neck of the world. Some of these gentlemen are smart enough (or saved enough) to realize that it is worth it. Down time or permanently not being able to work there is much more expensive in lost wages than the purchase of shoes.
I saw the word Tiz-raftar ( fast goer) Urdu word. Is TukTuk made in Pakistan? The 100 cc engine is very small, probably very little gas use. I liked your Riksha thanks from California.
bueno el esfuerzo por producir un producto , veo que ha que realizar mejoras sobre todo en la seguridad para cuidar la salud de los trabajadores . Saludos desde Lima
They should make this vehicle known in Peru and the peruvians will have reliable motor transportation since their vehicles are human-powered and the population deserves to at least evolve into the twentieth century💓
Thanks, all the usual health and safety issues, but a very productive workforce, close your eyes when welding and hit it with a hammer. I loved travelling around India and Kathmandu in these, good to see how they make them, well done the workers.
It is very common to tack pieces in place with your eyes closed. He places the welding rod exactly where he wants it, closes his eyes for a couple seconds while he tacks the piece in place.
Tbh considering some places in Pakistan this factory is quite clean and organized. Hopefully they will start assembling eletrical versions to carry on the business forward.
The production is extremely smooth running. Probably due in large part to the fact the design of the tuktuk rickshaw is local. They made do with what they had from scratch. I've worked in factories, that floor is very smooth running. Masha Allah.
Part of that smooth production likely has to do with very few build changes thru the years! Unlike a normal car I bet a model from the 90s looks about the same as a new one!
@@mikeklinger1712 yup😄 Refined... Stable.... Lightweight... Fast.... Easy... Been there done that... Can I borrow that spanner.... You got tea?.... When is the next bus? Same time this gets fixed.... Do you have a cousin who cooks? They all cook.... AND we fickin read history😆
This looks essentially like a mid-60s Piaggio Ape (bee) but less modern (being derived from Vespa the Ape since its beginnings in the 50s had more sophisticated structural solutions instead of this ladder-frame type)
Please provide them cobalt welding glasses and masks for paint shop workers. Safety of those workers is first priority.. Which country is this factory located?
При установке передней вилки нужно использовать тележку-рычаг, удобно будет При сверлении сквозных отверстий надо использовать ограничители, опять же руки уставать меньше будут и быстрее немного А вообще молодцы ребята
safety mask are for weak and cry baby westerners. indians dont need glasses while welding hahahahhaa they just close their eyes transition from eyeglass to bare eyes took time and lost productivity
Any companies wanna save money..they Dont care protection gadgets for their workers..😢😢ppl also wanna make money for living..if you want to work then you should not be here..there are lots of ppl wanna take your place..👍🏽
nice job getting in most of the building steps. Do you know what size the motor (in cc) they use? Do they make their own wiring harness? Do you ever worry about "burning" your camera sensor when you video them welding? Thanks for another interesting factory.
Thanks @gantry289 for your concern They are using 100cc motor in this Tuktuk And yes it’s not easy to shoot these factory video some times camera stop working properly but we manage it
