@@Momar-o5bthe “primary” is not even close to a real primary. no one seriously challenged him. he should have given up on reelection much earlier-like he said in 2020 that he won’t run for one more term. much has been said, the focus now will not be about Trump or the recent RNC-they will look closely on who will be Kamala’s running mate. the GOP lost its upperhand today-Biden’s age and baggage-the polls in the following weeks will reflect this.
RFK Jr was originally planning to run for candidate in the primary, but when they weren't going to allow it, he left the party. He should rejoin and try to run again.
They usually have drafts of everything. I noticed when they released a video immediately about Trump’s VP. They probably had multiple drafts of different people ready for who Trump choose for VP.
This. In terms of image, Trump's happenstance and instant fiery reaction on one side, and Biden's shaky gait and presence on the other, put the cap to this election. The DNC in August will be a mourning wake.
I find it so strange how all of the conservatives in the comments are cracking jokes. Looking at this purely objectively, this is really bad news for Republicans. You guys had Biden beat, easily. Now the election is anybody’s game again. I can guarantee you Trump is not having a good day.
@@fxseb7 prolly public broadcasters. Completely publicily funded but not state controlled. Whilst that also has its problems, having at least one public broadcaster will get the US some form of neutrality in contrast to private media, or at least as close as it can get
Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau quipped " I don't know how he lasted THIS long with all the calls to quit". He then went back to ignoring Canadians.
@@jrjrdjndjdk lets hope it doesn't come to trump in the whitehouse again. His first term was a trial run and now he knows how easily the constitution can be dismantled and how far he can push decency down. Trump will do for America what putin has done for Russia, sacrifice everything at the altar of one man.
None oft this is historic. The shooting itself was historic, trumps victory in 2016 (8 years ago) was as well. Both pale in comparison to Watergate/JFK/Reagan's Policies/etc. You're not living in the centre of history, it's just a meme.
@@vbrotheritaSince I was born in Virginia just after the invasion of Poland, there have been a few calmer breaks in between crises. A case of chronic anxiety resulted.
no, because people age very diferently due to health reasons. you can have people worse than biden 10 years younger. and people his age still very good. is just spected to people to step down when everyone is telling them that they are in no condition to do their jobs.
@@lucaskp16 No, dumb mindset there is a minimal age there should be a maximal age. Dont cater to extreme cases of people being younger and good same for being older.
@@randuinsomen5480You can't accurately categorise that and there is a risk of bias. If they give you a specific doctor you have to go to, they can just categorise you as mentally unfit if they don't like you and if you can theoretically go to multiple, you only need one who likes to give you the go-ahead.
Yet you, the Wall Street Journal, and other outlets have spent the past four years calling anyone who suggested Biden was suffering from cognitive decline a crackpot.
First off the WSJ has NEVER defended Biden and second of all I'm guessing YOU try to tell us trump isn't a selfish arrogant wannabe dictator draft dodger and traitor....who btw also happens to have dementia. Because unlike Biden trump and MAGA will NEVER do what's best for uniting the country. Not ever.
I was just typing this.. I wasn't really on either side, but I noticed how bad biden looked and sounded, so I paid enough attention to how they treated anyone who questioned his competency.. they even said the videos of him making mistakes were deep fakes. This is important, because many people like me, feel like I have to support trump out of spite for their sheer oppression of the truth.. truth is subjective in politics a lot of the time.. but not on this one.. It was a window of exposure that broke the illusion they had. Ill remember it for the rest of my life.
@@Brayguanzo the US government has wanted the same thing for decades...a New World Order...this dems vs repubs is just a game they are playing to divide America and make it easier to control the population and to know where there problems will be and so many Americans are falling for it...the only way we can stop this is to stand together as a nation, that is the entire plan of these corrupt and evil people...divide and conquer!....STOP FALLING FOR IT and unite so we can stop the real threat to our existence, it is not each other!
Also.. they didn't throw this in either.. though they talked all around it. Schiff came out and said exactly what he grilled this guy over afterwards. They do the right thing when it threatens their own power, I guess. What else can a regular person take from this? ru-vid.comSoeSZKBcJUE?si=XTluzn1OYjh_CNAJ
They really do though. That's how major journalism operates. When people rely on places like the Wall Street Journal for breaking International news, they have to be ready for anything.
President Biden is an old man who spent his whole life making it to president but when he finally got the role, he was too old to make a difference. It's actually sad.
@@edyslavico3761voting machine fraud. Millions of votes over night poll watchers forced out. Just like their assassination attempt failed. Now here we are. Their last ditch attempt failed
@@edyslavico3761 Ah yes..the one election where a worldwide pandemic, released from a Chinese lab the democrats were funding, made otherwise illegal voting ok, due to the fact that any voting changes in the states had to be done via legislation but because.you know..pandemic..was allowed.
The sadder part is the mental deterioration, it's not part of old age, not to this degree. Watch videos of him when he's young, it really makes you sad.
Here's a simplified timeline. 2020: Democrats realize his brain is deteriorating. 2021: Gaslights 2022: Denial 2023: Silence 2024: Pretends to be shocked and begins to panic
Of course... They also have videos ready of the story of older important people, so they can be the first to publish as soon as they die. It's normal for newspapers to have these ready.
Why did the Democrats let it go this far and allow it to come to this so late in the game despite so much ample warning? This is a party-wide disaster.
It won't be if the Democrats can find a centrist lesser known candidate. No one wants to see four more years of trump and now his clear aim of being a witch hunter rather than governing the country
They built up a focus on age. Now a major issue is only a problem for one side; and this also knocks some wind out of the major developments drawing attention to Trump, namely the recent attempt on his life and his VP pick which back-to-back are very strong tailwinds for the conservatives. This is the perfect time to do this.
@@xalpacazeu1332 And it's not nothing new... 1980s article. Politicians are the only people in the world who create problems and then campaign against them. Have you ever wondered why, if both the Democrats and the Republicans are against deficits, we have deficits? Have you ever wondered why, if all the politicians are against inflation and high taxes, we have inflation and high taxes? You and I don't propose a federal budget. The president does. You and I don't have the constitutional authority to vote in appropriations. The House of Representatives does. You and I don't write the tax code. The Congress does. You and I don't set fiscal policy. the Congress does. You and I don't control monetary policy. The Federal Reserve Bank does. One hundred senators, 435 congressmen, one president, and nine Supreme Court justices - 545 human beings out of 238 million- are directly, legally, morally and individually responsible for the domestic problems that plague this country. I excluded the members of the Federal Reserve Bank because that problem was created by the Congress. In 1913, Congress delegated its constitutional duty to provide a sound currency to a federally chartered but private central bank. I exclude all of the special interest and lobbyists for a sound reason. They have no legal authority. They have no ability to coerce a senator, a congressman or a president to do one cotton-picking thing. I don't care if they offer a politician $1 million in cash. The politician has the power to accept or reject it. No matter what the lobbyist promises, it is the legislator's responsibility to determine how he votes. Don't you see now the con game that is played on the people by the politicians? Those 545 human beings spend much of their energy convincing you that what they did is not their fault. They cooperate in this common con regardless of party.
i genuinely don’t think i’ve seen a video of him where it wasn’t bad the media doesn’t hide anything people just assumed i guess that the clips were his worst moments not knowing this was basically him 24/7
You joking? He has been made fun of at any opportunity that arose. The fact that you don't know this also means you are also uninformed like those who were shocked in the first place
Unluckily our whole society is run by old men. That’s where all the Wealth is and they don’t die until their kids are 60+, keeping the wealth in the hands of the old.
I guess those comments about Joe; sharp as a tack, outlast his staff during meetings, full of energy, great memory, smartest person we know, wasn't good enough to keep him in office.
true. Recall Nixon's "five o'clock shadow' that defeated him earlier in his career and JFK being elected for being photogenic, as well as Reagan. It's all optics, sad but true.
Yes he also said he beat him in two debates. Will democrats admit that he just says whatever benefits him in the moment even if it isn't true? He is happy to lie to people's faces and try to make them believe it. Gaslighting.
The worst part about this is that it only took 1 public appearance in the spotlight for you all to notice how delusional and lost this guy is. If you paid any attention 4 years ago, we would have never let our country get to this point.
They endorse candidates tho, and also all the funds that went in suppport of Biden can legally only go to Kamala, so yeah of course she'll be running. Not to mention they don't respect their voters' choice, so they won't let people decide their party candidate.
"I'm not sure the word 'unprecedented' really does this justice. We've just never seen a political story like this" That's quite literally what unprecedented means...
I was unironically loving supporting Biden there at the end. Felt like I was cheering the dunkest guy at the party on while he plowed his tractor through a cornfield
